At our restaurant, you’ll experience food prepared according to Old World traditions straight from the heart of Italy – the birthplace of our founder, Angelo Elia. Born in Salerno, Italy, Angelo was first taught to cook by his mother in their home kitchen. Both of his parents (his father was a local butcher) instilled in him the importance of using only locally gathered meats and fish, growing garden-fresh herbs, and baking breads from scratch. Angelo hand-selects the freshest, seasonal ingredients and artfully prepares them in an inviting setting of warmth and sophistication. A carefully curated list of wines has been masterfully chosen to create an extensive wine list from every region around the world. Whether it’s for an elegant night out or a gathering with family & friends, Chef Angelo Elia looks forward to inviting guests for an authentic Italian Tuscan-style meal in a setting that feels like home.

We decided to have dinner at the bar area. It was a wonderful experience and look forward to doing it again. The food was off the chart delicious. Service was amazing and fun. We will see you again before we leave.

We prepaid for the Michelin star dinner. I cannot express how bad the food was. We were a party of 4 and we had another party of 4 next to us. In addition, we had 3 friends that dined during the experience as well. Overall, we all agreed, the risotto and pasta were way under cooked, the presentation was mediocre as all the food colors were the same…beige. Lastly, it’s was incredibly overpriced. Aspen has a Michelin star restaurant that will give you value, experience and out of this world flavor (Bosq). What a miss by the Angelo’s team.

We loved it!!!! Delicious home made pastas , we recommend having the octopus,the tempura soft shell crab and the beef carpaccio as appetizer.

Our first night in Aspen was spent at Angelo’s and it was amazing The food and the quality were top notch Lina our server was stellar and made the experience even better She has a level of professionalism that is rarely seen

Amazing ambiance and food. The culinary experience and music during dinner made for a great start to the evening. Will be visiting every time I’m in Aspen.

Server Alessandro was top notch. Took great care of us. One dish came out undercooked and he caught it and returned it to the kitchen, which was great but caused an imbalance in our dining. The restaurant made it right and gave us some extras but it was a hiccup in our experience that kept it from 5 stars. Alessandro was 10 stars and our sommelier was also very helpful. Food from starters to mains to desserts was delicious. New restaurant design/layout is pretty crowded and gets loud when full. Music too loud and pop hits seemed off brand and was annoying. It was very warm.
