At our restaurant, you’ll experience food prepared according to Old World traditions straight from the heart of Italy – the birthplace of our founder, Angelo Elia. Born in Salerno, Italy, Angelo was first taught to cook by his mother in their home kitchen. Both of his parents (his father was a local butcher) instilled in him the importance of using only locally gathered meats and fish, growing garden-fresh herbs, and baking breads from scratch. Angelo hand-selects the freshest, seasonal ingredients and artfully prepares them in an inviting setting of warmth and sophistication. A carefully curated list of wines has been masterfully chosen to create an extensive wine list from every region around the world. Whether it’s for an elegant night out or a gathering with family & friends, Chef Angelo Elia looks forward to inviting guests for an authentic Italian Tuscan-style meal in a setting that feels like home.

The food was under cooked, pasta was not good and over priced. Salmon was raw in the middle and I asked for medium. Very disappointing and nothing like Casa D Angelo.

The service we received was very personal and all wishes were taken care of. The food was excellent and we enjoyed all we had. Expensive yes but it is Aspen.

You eat great food and drink great wine and you’re treated like family. Alejandro and Alexandra were exception and the maître d’ was great. Thanks for a great evening

Angelo's is a class act in Aspen. The staff, the food and the decor are all top notch. We enjoyed a lovely evening with visiting friends, and they appreciated our return to Angelo's. The pasta dishes are great.

Always love dining here due to the beautiful decor and atmosphere of the open terrace. The bartender was incredible, the hostess team was so kind, but our waiter seemed annoyed. Food was excellent, but the music was WAAAAY too loud (and I’m in my mid-30’s). They were trying to make it more of a club scene which we didn’t appreciate since to us, that isn’t what the restaurants vibe is. We will be back but will request to be seated on the terrace- maybe it’s quieter out there!

One of best meals of the summer! Would definitely go back - suggest Aspen salad, any pasta, and delectable desserts…
