The food was delicious, we had the chateaubriand. Really excellent cocktails as well! The focaccia to start was super good. Good portion sizes. However, service was very mixed. Some staff were lovely while others seemed quite aloof. Front of house seemed irritated we had arrived 10 minutes early and told us the servers were on a break and couldn't serve us. I'm not sure why they didn't just say our table wasn't ready and ask us if we wanted a drink at the bar. We went on a Saturday early evening and there was club music on so we could only hear the bass. We were expecting a more relaxing atmosphere for somewhere high end. Overall, the food and drinks were excellent. However, prices were very expensive so we expected more from the service and atmosphere. I don't think we'll be going back as there are other places in Leeds with better value.

Food was okay.. we had been before and the food was fantastic so was a little bit disappointed. Service was okay, nothing special this time around. Few things we had to ask for a couple of times.

I have eaten at the crafthouse many times since it first opened and always enjoyed the food including afternoon teas which have always been excellent. Sadly this time it was not, the food at best was average although the savouries were the better half of the show, the scones were dry, the macarons were the worst I’ve ever had, the cake part was by far the poor part. The service was average and not the standard I have had from there in the past. I hate to give such a poor review as I have enjoyed so many great meals here with amazing service, sadly this wasn’t one of them.

Lovely meal. Lady serving us was efficient but lacking any friendly interaction. I got the feeling we were just another table to get sorted and the move on to the next. Food was excellent and atmosphere good. Overall recommend. Thank you

Great experience, wine was lovely then we had the 2 course special. I must say the salmon was delicious. Would highly recommend and will be back .

The service was just fantastic! So attentive and polite. My friend and I had the set menu on a Wednesday evening. The food was very delicious. The portions were a good size. And 3 courses for £30 was a very good deal! We also had a wonderful cocktail each. Very please we discovered this gem of a restaurant.

We didn’t eat here. We just went for pre dinner drinks. We loved the drinks, the service was fantastic. It is excellent for people watching… I have never so much filler, Botox and eyelashes in one room. And the passion fest on the balcony was a sight to behold ;-) Enjoy!

We did not eat just drinks , cocktail and spritzes menu was v good , service was excellent. Greeted with a smile at reception , birthday wishes for my wife and then a little birthday surprise. Great atmosphere, good music , good crowd Will definitely return.
