Welcome to Añejo, your go-to tequila experience. Our location is set in beautiful Banff, within a historic building built in the early 1900s. We are surrounded by mountains and an exuberance that stems from fresh air and unreal scenery. Our Añejo team is your tequila guide, serving as your connection to Mexican cuisine and spirits. Slow service overall. This is consistent with other dates we have been in the restaurant. Also they did not have numerous items on ghier menu in stock or available.

I have come to Anejo for happy hour a couple of times now and the tacos are where it’s at. My fav taco is the fish one, it’s lightly battered and crispy. Plus you have to get the table side guac to go with it. Our server was super friendly and she was great! Will be back again ☺️

Enjoyed the table side quacamole and loved the Tres Lecies dessert. Music was too loud. Later the server said he could have turned it down.

Service was really fast but felt rushed, just started our started and the main meal came. Table side guacamole was really good coconut shrimp was really good tacos were quite dry not a lot of taste.

We had heard good things about Anejo restaurant on line for people who are coeliacs. We were a party of 6, one of my daughters is a Coeliac, the rest of the party are not. The waiter was very informative about the options for her. My son and daughter ordered quesadillas, one with corn tortilla for my daughter, the other a flour tortilla for my son. They both arrived at the same time. We asked the person bringing the food which was which. We looked at them, switched them around. We asked, and he said he was 100% certain he was right. He guessed wrong. My daughter was very sick that night as she got the wrong food with gluten. We are very annoyed with the restaurant. DO NOT GUESS if you do not know your food as it has big consequences for people who are coeliacs. So frustrating.

Food was good, we had queso fondido and mussels for appetizers, the tacos were great. Loved the ambience & vibe.

The food was good but tacos tortillas were cold. The service from Elizabeth was excellent! The margaritas the orange was good but the mango not tasted like made with mango flavour.

Great guacamole and appreciated how they accommodated our gluten sensitivity by substituting gluten free chips. We had a nice time.
