The waiter acted like a used car salesman from the moment we sat down and came off as very judgey because we wanted what we wanted and not what he wanted us to have. We thought we read him wrong but as the meal continued we were right. We made sure the reservation stated it was for a birthday and also told the waiter it was my birthday. We watched multiple tables around us get cannoli’s with a candle and assumed the same would apply to us, but it didn’t. The snooty attitude continued when the multi tiered dessert tray was presented and we politely said no. The appetizer was good but our food took forever to arrive even though the restaurant was emptying out and most other guests had their entrees or were having dessert. When we got our food it was warm at best and had zero seasoning. My husband and I have been to many “fancy” restaurants before and we have never felt the bias and holier than thou attitude of our waiter at any of those establishments. His attitude was annoying and pompous. He also disappeared after bringing our soup and salad until I realized (in the mirror) that he was standing behind us in the bar area talking to a coworker the whole time. They also reported that we abandoned our reservation when we were actually 5mins early and seated right away. It was quite disappointing as I was so excited to go here for the first time and this was our experience.

Andiamo Bloomfield provides excellent Italian dishes with outstanding service. Our latest dining experience was memorable - perfectly prepared entrees and friendly and professional service from our waitperson, Candace H. She had great knowledge of the menu and made us feel welcome.

What a pleasant surprise. This is the place that we passed 1000 times and never went in. For some reason we did last night, what an incredible experience. Their food was outstanding, we sat at the bar and the bartenders were excellent. And they had live music from the dynamic duel and they were fun to listen to. We look forward to taking our adult kids there next so they can be aware of such an outstanding restaurant in our area.

The food was exceptionally delicious. And always consistently good. For New lYear’s eve the service was good. We regularly eat at Andiamo and have always had a terrific evening. If you desire more there is always the music & dancing. A+++!

Let me start by saying the service was excellent. Hostess, waitress,and bussers were awesome. Unfortunately, the food and drinks were not. Meatballs tasted like they were recooked from frozen. The Rosemary Lemon chicken was average at best. The cocktails were all alcohol and no flavor. We were super excited to try it after they reopen from renovations and were very disappointed.

Everything was great, except the ambience in the back room was very loud and it was cold.… Service was excellent, food was very good, hot brought out on time etc. etc. Definitely would come back but would not like to sit in the back room.
