The name “Amylos” denotes our passion for food and bringing to you Greece’s authentic flavors. We carefully chose the most original recipes ranging from various regions in Greece; starting from the southern Aegean islands to the northern mainland, each region has its own unique take on cooking. Amylos, meaning the “building blocks of food”, is synonymous to our concept of building a sustainable menu created from pure raw materials, attention to detail, nonnegotiable standards, and ingredients of the finest quality. We got a mix grill,the French fries were burned the souvlaki was burned as well..it was my 5th time giving a chance to this restaurant,besides my first experience that was amazing,every other time I've left disappointed..I'm most likely not going back!

Appetizers were amazing, a good amount of options but some of the main courses weren’t as great as we hoped based on how the appetizers were. Desserts were great. Service was really good and they were quick to fix any issues.

A warm greeting welcomed us into a charming and well-lit unpretentious interior. The wait staff were genuinely cheerful and helpful with the menu offerings without being overly familiar or intrusive The food was artfully presented and boldly seasoned. Taramasalata arrived garnished with crispy prosciutto, crumbled bacon, and caramelized pearl onions. This was certainly an elevated presentation. The sauce and seasoning of the steamed mussels were a refreshingly different alternative to the ubiquitous preparations with garlic and white wine. The halibut was served with a creamy citrusy sauce that complimented the fish very nicely. The dark ale lamb shank, served with a smoked eggplant puree, was a revelation. The only item that missed the mark was dessert. The baklava cheesecake, despite its successful combination of concepts, was difficult to eat with just a dessert fork. This was only a very minor misstep. Overall, it was very evident that the people who work here and make this place happen truly love their craft and take pride in their product. This place is an underappreciated foodie destination

Everything was delicious! My boyfriend and I had the fig salad, scallops and lamb shank and left satisfied with full bellies. Noise level was high because the restaurant was packed at 8:45pm! Mostly filled with families and the grown and sexy. Great date spot or with friends. Pannos was our server - he had awesome energy and checked in on us often despite tending to many tables at once. This was our second time here - will be back!

Great food and a great atmosphere! Our waiter Theo was very attentive and patient with us. Definitely will recommend to others! I recommend the lamb! Literally falls off the bone! 🤤
