We had a 9pm reservation called and let them Know we were running late within the 15 minute wait time as they have strict rules and we also put down a deposit. They didn’t sit us until almost 10pm. Then rushed us to order as the kitchen was closing when they had us waiting 30-45 plus minutes, we had to keep asking if they were going to seat us so their rules on being late only apply to patrons and not themselves. They brought our cocktails out before any water it took over 10 minutes to get water, they also gave us no plates to eat bread on at all. The poor server was the only server on a Saturday night for the whole patio area which is absolutely insanity. The service was severely lacking. The food was decent but service killed the experience. Not up to par whatever so ever the server also let us know he was by himself for 10-15 tables.

Not one to complain often, but the outdoor space heaters were not efficient and ran out of propane frequently. Had to ask to be relocated and felt like we were on a construction site, not out on a date. Also there was miscommunication between the valet and hostess stand. Took a noticeable amount of time to get organized.

Absolutely charming place!! Extremely romantic outdoor location. Was very French, but without any attitude - charming people working there. Sophia was super helpful and we ended our evening with some expresso martinis by the fireplace near the entryway. I would definitely go back and would recommend this for anyone interested in a great date night spot.

This place is impeccable! The best vibe in LA. It really feels like a trip to Paris inside or St Tropez on the patio. There was an incredible French lounge singer who helped make the candle lit and twinkling light ambiance even more magical! The nicest staff and the most insanely good food. Try the Wagyu burger and the uni chawanmushi soup!!! Bilal, the GM, treated us like royalty. Please run don't walk to this and gorgeous romantic spot.

great food at an exceptionally marvelous setting. early dining (7pm) offer moderate rock music which was much appreciated - as the evening progressed (8:30ish) it turned more like other restaurants that think they are a nightclub with pounding, non-interesting sounds. overall - most enjoyable

I absolutely loved Amour! The vibe of it all was beyond amazing. The only issue I found is that the truffle pasta was undercooked and the food temp was off. For a fine dining restaurant, I definitely expected better. Another critique I would have is the “wellness fee”. If you’re gonna be a fancy restaurant, you shouldn’t subject your patrons to cover the wellness expenses of your staff. It’s something a cheap restaurant would do and personally, I find it rather distasteful. Other than that, our server was absolutely fantastic. He gave us enough space and engaged with us when needed. Very knowledgeable and has a nice sense of humor.
