The tomato and burrata appetizer was great, the whiskey sour was great, service great, ambiance was great but the beef filet not so great. I’m a fan of a crispy sear but this was like rock hard. I had a feeling it tasted old and when I used the restroom I could see in the kitchen and saw like 15 of them just sitting on a pan. I think they just reheat them. Disappointing. They were also out of the truffle gnocchi that my wife was planning on ordering. She’s vegetarian so there wasn’t any other options for her. They ended up making her a cheese/butter pasta. It was okay.

Goes without saying that atmosphere is the strongest element here — simply gorgeous. Service was attentive and professional. Food left more to desire as two of the dishes we wanted were not available. A French restaurant not finding a way to source escargot amid a menu launch is difficult to understand. A carbonara we ordered was served cold, twice. My filet was cooked to order and had good flavor. I would not be able to recommend Amour based on this experience alone, but many positive reviews seem to make my experience an anomaly.

10/10 on the food and service! So so good. Very pricey but perfect for an upscale dinner.

Food is outstanding. Only issue is they have a small menu, and not all the items are available all week. Service is great though.

Came here for wedding anniversary and had an intimate dinner with delicious food and wine. The truffle pasta was delicious and creme brûlée to die for. Will be back!

Really, really overpriced. Service is excellent. The location and ambience, classic and classy. But, the food is pretty ordinary given what you can rightly expect in LA. Been there twice. If you want quiet and candlelight, and don't care too much about the food, it is fabulous and fabulously expensive.
