Everything was outstanding! Food was awesome! Our waitress was really nice and this was a very nice atmosphere. Very romantic! Me and my husband first time dining here. We celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary!

We loved this restaurant! The food was excellent, our server Paul was outstanding. Highly recommend going! The dessert for our anniversary was brought to us on the house as well!

10 minutes late and felt rushed to clear table for next reservation. Not enough time allowed even had we arrived on time to enjoy the full meal. Food and service were great.

Food and atmosphere was excellent. Very good portion sizes. The blackberry old fashioned was strong, but delicious. Ordered the Domenica Salsa Ragu and enjoyed every bit that I tried. Will definitely come back

At 60 years of age and an incessant craving for perfectly-cooked salmon, this was easily one of my top 3 of all time, if not the best. Perfect accompaniments, along with solid wine suggestions and astute service, and this will be a very memorable evening.

Overall, very good, just a couple of things could have made it better. The restaurant did not have the crab cakes I was hoping for as listed for this night, even though it was still relatively early in the evening. Our server did not offer us the specials, as I later heard several others listing for other tables. On a positive note, the artfully presented crème brûlée brought gratis for our occasion was the best I’ve ever had.

The food and service was phenomenal. The atmosphere was quaint, dim, and romantic. We had the meatballs as an appetizer, house salads, chicken carbonara, lasagna and bread pudding. All was really good and plenty left over. Drinks were pricey but not out of the realm for that area. All of the servers we encountered were friendly, professional, and pleasant. The service and food was fast which was a welcoming surprise for a fine dining experience. Overall, we were pleased with our anniversary outing and by the time we left, we were already planning our next trip there. If you are looking for an upscale Italian restaurant with more to offer than just Italian food, come to Amore’s. It’s worth a try. Make a reservation early if going on the weekend. I booked mine 2 days out and they still only had an 8:00 spot available.

We celebrated our 41st wedding anniversary at Amore and couldn’t be more pleased with our decision. We were treated like family from the second we entered the building and our server, Paul, was wonderful. The food was as beautifully prepared as it was explained and we have found a little piece of perfection in the Birmingham outskirts. We look forward to many more celebrations. Truly a one of a kind evening. Kudos to all who made it special!
