We got the platter for two there was so much food we had to take the rest home. Make sure you have a 50 cents on you because they charge for the container and who has change on them these days. The star of the dish was the chicken. I think next time I’ll be ordering a chicken dish as it was cooked well and the seasoning was delish.

The venue was quiet and had multiple seating options, the food was amazing. Clearly this restaurant is popular and well-sought after. They didn't have the aged T-Bone available so the butcher came out and not only offered a different cut of steak but showed the exact one he wanted to use instead. I really appreciated that. They forgot the salad I added to my order, however I wasn't bothered by this as the serving of fries and the steak was more than sufficient. I look forward to dining here again :)

Unfortunately not for me, I like my ribs falling off the bone not tough and chewy, I was also perplexed as to not being able to order a 500g tbone and could only order a 1kg but when I came it was two 500g, I also like eating off a normal size plate not a bread size plate. Anyway each to your own you might like it so give it a go.

We have bought our meat here for ages and promised ourselves a steak meal. Not disappointed - we reserved a table (Saturday night) and ordered the platter for 2. A generous serve - streak - medium rare - sliced, and 2 each big sausages (a little spicy but ok for us 'low heat tolerance' diners), lamb ribs, lamb cutlets, a pile of very nice chips and a generous serve of rice - and a salad bowl. A choice of sauces and dips - the mushroom sauce was a success. We had left overs for lunch Sunday. A small and intimate seating area - lots of family groups. Public toilets across the road. We will return. Halal - so obviously no alcohol.

The steak and sausages were excellent, a fantastic halal choice in Brisbane. Down sides were that the venue doesn't have a toilet and the service wasn't quite on the same standard as the food. However, if you want a good halal steak or grill steak option in Brisbane would highly recommend.

steak was over cooked, not sure if it had 450g as menu listed. overpriced, fast food shop

Food wasn't that tasty (gourmet sausages were quite bland and small), small serving of condiments, menu on phone app was wrong and didn't match the handout and would not come close to value for money. Wouldn't go back. Rather buy meat and cook at home. Instagram photos didn't go close to matching what was put on the table.

The food was amazing and delicious. The seasoning on the chips is so addictive. Will definitely be back again!!

Food quality and portion size, staff and service at West End store was fantastic. Only downside was I was given a dining gift voucher as a gift that could only be used at Springwood. There was no mention of conditions on voucher or website. Also went to the Springwood store for breakfast a few days later and we received the same excellent quality of food and service there
