Amerigo is a neighborhood Italian restaurant offering a a blend of traditional and modern Italian cuisine to guests throughout the southeast. Since opening our doors in Ridgeland, MS over three decades ago, Amerigo has remained a local Italian favorite for the Jackson, Memphis, and Nashville areas, and we are thrilled to now be serving the Huntsville community! Each of our locations share many of the same original Amerigo menu items with local inspiration and ingredients where available. Our dedication to serving guests fresh Italian meals in a warm, inviting atmosphere is at the core of each of our restaurants.

Authentic Italian pasta, hand-made pizzas, fresh seafood and grilled chops and steaks offer something for everyone at Amerigo. A lunch, dinner, and early bird menu is offered daily, along with weekend brunch.

No waiting with reservation and given a booth as requested. Service was great and our meals of salmon and fettuccine were absolutely delicious. Dessert of pecan apple crunch cake was out of this world!

Amerigo is one of the best Italian restaurants I have been to. The food is superb. The atmosphere is great and the service was top notch. We were pleased with everything.

I love this restaurant! Service is always fast and very friendly - Katelyn was outstanding! The food is absolutely delicious and the portions generous. An outstanding value too.

Made reservation for special occasion. Was seated at table by kitchen door even though other tables were open, so had waiter traffic and noise from kitchen entire meal. Service was good, but meals were mediocre at best. Probably won't go back.

The food was delicious..,the server was prompt and attentive…will definitely be back with more friends to enjoy the excellent cuisine

Food was above average service was great. Salad was no longer part of entree? Salad was 7 dollars separate from entrees.

The service was ok. The food was lacking. It took three tries to get my steak right. By the time we finally landed on medium rare from blue rare, my wife was finished eating and boxing up her leftovers. Speaking of which, the veal saltimbocca was much better a year ago. I don’t know what changed, but it’s kinda tough. To their credit, I wasn’t charged for the steak and the manager was VERY apologetic. Seemed pretty embarrassed. I think it was just a bad night for them. We’ll probably be back in a few months, hopefully with a better experience.
