La Belle in Derry, NH is having a "March Madness chef's competition presenting two chefs with two meal choices. I picked the pork tenderloin prepared by Chef Jacques. Delicious, perfectly cooked and awesome presentation. Had Spencer as our server....top notch!

Invited friends to meet for lunch at Americus and it was a wonderful time. We arrived a bit early, but were seated right away. The food and drink selections were excellent. We enjoyed a cheese and charcuterie board and some braised octopus to start. There was a good selection of drinks - both alcoholic and non so something for everyone at the table. Service was excellent and I really appreciated timing things out so we had time to enjoy the appetizers before our main course arrived. There was plenty of food for all and it was prepared well. I like the variety and updates to the menu so there is always something else to try. We will be back!

Nice place, been there a few times but this last time was not good. We ate in the bar are, There were a few wrong things with our food and it took a long time to get the servers attention every time we needed a drink, or something else. They were all sort of busy talking to the same customers or employees. Not sure we’ll go back again, we like going to upscale type places but don’t want to spend money where we didn’t feel appreciated.

Our server Taylor was amazing!!! She explained the specials of the night and made recommendations! Food was fabulous. We will definitely be returning.

Overall the experience was ok, at best. The Short rib appetizer was the worst short rib I have ever had. The meals were decent. I think a little pricey for what was received, but not awful. Service was incredibly slow. It was valentines day, but we had SEVERAL other tables come and go in the time that we were there. It took nearly 2.5hrs and we had to go to the hottest stand to ask someone for our check, after sitting with our coats on for almost 15 mins. Not sure we will be going back.
