The service was slow and sometimes needed to search for someone to even ask a question. Had to constantly ask for more water. They would deliever food to the wrong table. This is still a new place but they need to work out a lot kinks still. And improve some of their food dishes as well.

Fabulous. Had a reservation for 10 people and the service was wonderful & food came out exactly as we ordered. We were expecting to wait a while and give these folks some slack because of just opening, but they exceeded our expectations. Especially with such a large group. “Layover in Trinidad” cocktail and the Sea Bass main was delicious! The atmosphere is fun & lively, with a large outdoor patio for summer. A great spot to bring friends and family! I would definitely recommend!

Outstanding service from the moment we walked in and then came the food and cocktails, even better. I highly recommend the oysters Americano, fries (splurge and add caviar), and the gin spritz. This will be my new weekly spot! Thank you for a great evening!

All the food was excellent! Same with the cocktails. Service was fast and friendly! Will be back again soon but for brunch. I loved it! The portions were filling and substantial. Lots of flavor.

The ambience is great. This is a great spot to have a cocktails/small bites, wouldn’t come here for a full dinner. The food was great but came out a bit cold which was dissapointing. This was their first weekend open so I will cut them some slack on service because the place has been packed since opening day.

The food was good, very typical, but the place really is pretty. I think they need to work out some kinks service wise and then it will be a a great place to eat. Bottomless deal was great, but all of our dishes were wrong in some way or another. In one case, my friend specifically requested cheddar on her avocado toast instead of feta (because she hates the taste), and it came with feta. We asked for cheddar on the side to just add it ourselves and were told they did not carry cheddar… as my friend and I sat there eating omelets with cheddar cheese. Just minor kinks that can be worked out with time, so I will be checking it out again down the road.

Had reservations at 10:30- didn’t get a table inside until after an hour- even though the couple that arrived in front of us had no reservations and were seated inside. The drinks were great. Bar service was good- we had drinks while we waited and saw everyone else get seated- Our waitress was good (not the hostess) got our order in and the food started coming out around noon. We were starving. The fries were on the cold side but they’re shoe string so they were still edible. The lump crab roll fell short. The crab meat to bread ratio was sad and it was dry. The burger was very tasty. Overall disappointed with this place. Would not recommend the crab roll. But it is good spot for drinks.

Americano is not yet ready for prime time. Service was very scattered--it took at least 20 minutes to get our drinks, and our mains were dropped off without silverware and we had to wait ten minutes for it after asking an (understandably frazzled) busboy three times while our waiter was nowhere to be found. The food itself was fine, but the menu lacks focus or a clear identity: why are chicken skewers with naan on the same menu as mini Cuban sandwiches? I think Americano has time to improve and I hope they do because the neighborhood could really use a Kennison replacement, but it's going to take hiring/training more staff and refocusing the menu.

Awesome new neighborhood spot right on Lincoln Park! Good selection of fresh fish, oysters and seasonal drinks. Wonderful outdoor space too!
