The hostess and manager were super helpful with seating our group that changed from a 10 top to a 6 and to be seated outside - very accommodating Food was great - service was a little slow

Food was good although limited menu. Service was good for the amount of staff which isn’t much. Enjoyed the outdoor seating.

Tough dining experience. Food was not good (ordered steak caesar, corn ribs, chicken BLT); 1/5 stars. Service was brutal - waiter forgot to put in our entrees after initially taking our orders (took an hour from initial order to actually receiving food) and generally did not make himself available, and reservation for an outdoor table was not honored despite there being availability; 1/5 stars. Ambiance and drinks were decent but not enough to overcome the food and service; 3/5 stars. Bummer they couldn't do better with that location. You are better off spending at other spots with comparable price points in the area like Gemini, DeNuccis, Ranalli's or Mon Ami Gabi. Honestly probably better off eating at home.

We had such a lovely night at Americano on Saturday. We had a reservation and upon checking in with the host we asked if it was ok if we sat at the bar instead. It was definitely peak busy time so he looked relieved and thanked us multiple times and then to top it off asked the bartender to comp our first round of drinks. We had several drinks at the bar (all delicious!) and split the burger and fries. The staff was friendly, we received all of our items in a timely matter and everything was great! Excited to have this new spot on the neighborhood and will definitely be back!

I ordered the steak and eggs during brunch and my food was served lukewarm and fries overdone. Steak was cooked correctly but also lukewarm and was not provided a steak knife so it was hard to cut diminishing the experience. The deal for bottomless was good as well as the cinnamon roll. Might try dinner but brunch was just ok.

Saturday brunch fail. Arrived 10 mins early for reservation, plenty of tables available inside and outside but we were told to wait at the bar. Once it was our time there was a long queue at the host stand. After politely waiting my turn, the host seemed not to recall I was there 10 mins earlier. Had to remind her of our time and request for an outside table. Waited another 5 mins until we were seated at a table that was available when we first arrived. Received water right away but waited for another 19 minutes for our server. Frustrated I went inside to find the manager who was genuine in his apology and came over to our table. 8 minutes after the manager took our order, our server, Louis, came over with a “hey how you doing— coffee and drinks are on the way and I know you put in a food order”. No apology, but was giving us thumbs up and the “shooter” fingers. All we wanted was coffee and food. When our breakfast BLTs arrived, the sandwiches were tasty but had one slice of bacon on each sandwich. Fries were good and beet salad was fresh. Server stopped by when food was delivered to ask how the food looked. Seriously? No apology for the delay. People seated after us had finished their meals and left. Took 15 mins for the second cup of coffee we requested because a new pot was being brewed. However, we clearly saw other tables getting coffee. Once the bill was dropped it took another 10 mins to process. Still no apology. Because we’re not jerks we left a small tip but this was Such a disappointing experience for a $75 brunch for two without booze not including tip. Great location, Insta-worthy decor but NOT recommended.
