Terrible experience today dining in a restaurant with no heat when it is -12C outside. Everyone was dining with a coat. I felt bad for the host/managers/servers all with a coat too. They should have closed till fixed. We were not notified of the issue till we sat at our table. Not acceptable.

The heat was not working when we dined here so it was incredibly cold inside. The food and service though were great and we wanted to stay for the brunch deal.

The heat was broken on an 8 degree day so it was freezing inside . We weren’t notified of this before our reservation, and had paid for parking so decided to stay. We ordered lattes but the espresso machine wasn’t working. We ordered the cinnamon roll but they did not have any. The food was average and the server was nice but we had empty water glasses for most of the meal, the manager never came by to acknowledge the fact that it was cold and we had to eat with winter coats on, and nothing was discounted even though the experience was miserable. Will never come back, and will tell friends to avoid.

Great food, wonderful atmosphere! It was so loud so asked the manager to turn down the music - you couldn’t even hear - and he did, which was so appreciated

Absolutely exquisite! Outstanding service, beautiful space and ambience. We sat at the bar and Yonathan the bartender was very friendly, attentive and made delicious cocktails.

Americano far exceeded what we expected! It is absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful, elegant booths, stunning decor and so classy. Best martinis in the city and a great menu! We can't wait to go back!

Disaster at Americano Wine and Oyster Bar Americano was a total letdown. The steak frites had a bone in it, and the ceviche? Overloaded with an entire jar of olives—gross. The sticky, dirty menus didn’t help the vibe either. As for the drinks, they tasted like overpriced juice with zero alcohol. And no happy hour for food? For these prices, they should be trying harder. Save yourself the trouble—this place is not it.
