I have gone to Prime a number of times. It was never busy but the food and service was always good. Like many other steak houses of its kind , it has a shelf life. Sadly most of the same family owned steak houses we go to, on the 4th or 5th time , the food quality goes down etc etc. The waiter def wasn’t a season server but went above and beyond to try and make us happy. The bill is over $300 for 3 people and it was very disappointing. Another place we won’t be going back to. Sadly

Great vibes and even better food. Service was very friendly and excellent. We wanted to try a new spot and glad we did. We will be going again soon!

Perhaps our experience may have been better had we ordered off the full menu but but we were there to try the happy hour and were very disappointed. "Chicken Tenders" were no more than a single breaded cutlet pounded thinly, then sliced in strips with buffalo sauce. The chicken quesadilla was bland, and the sauce that came with it was way too sweet. Food items seemed pricey for a happy hour menu. Wine pours were rather small and only bottle beer, limited in variety (draft coming soon). However, the service was very friendly and prompt.

Our first time there. Such an incredibly wonderful experience. Food was great and so was the service. I definitely will be a regular!

Lunch was delicious. The staff was hospitable, friendly, and very accommodating. We were not rushed. A very pleasant time.

We loved our Mother's Day at American Prime. The service was outstanding. The only surprise was the Prix fix brunch menu. I would have liked to order brunch, but 3 courses was not what I was looking for. We all found delicious things to eat and the service and ambience were wonderful. And no one rushed us out--we had a nice long visit with my 80 year old mom and my brother and it was lovely and leisurely. Thanks for making our Mother's Day special. It was a pleasure being there and we will be back.

Our first visit to American Prime was a celebratory graduation dinner for our son. The food, the service and the company were wonderful. While we won’t find ourselves in the area regularly anymore we may just have to make a special trip to visit again sometime soon.

The food and service was outstanding. The New England clam chowder was the freshest and most flavorful dish that I’ve ever had. The chicken entree was memorable and along with the dessert, made the best trifecta. We will definitely return.
