    the campus is beautiful. the food was excellent. the students did an amazing job being attentive and providing great service. would definitely go back. if you go and can stay the night there’s a great marriott literally across the street.

    Great evening delicious food, staff are all super friendly and attentive. Had a tour of the kitchen. So fun to watch the process and the future chefs who are so happy in what they do. Highly recommended.

    We understand that students are the servers but ours made numerous errors; he brought the wrong wine and entree to our table. A supervisor comped one dinner.

    The American Bounty Restaurant was wonderful. The students were professional, courteous and informative. The food was presented beautifully and was absolutely delicious! The architecture and property of the CIA campus is magnificent. Visiting was a pleasure.

    We had a great anniversary celebration. The food and service were fantastic. Next time we’d probably ask not to be seated next to the open kitchen. It felt rather remote and disconnected from the rest of the restaurant. Otherwise, a wonderful lunch.

    The menu was varied and had options for all tastes. We enjoyed mocktails that were delicious with a carmelized fig and prosciutto salad.This was followed by a wonderfully prepared steelhead trout. I have never seen another restaurant offer press pot coffee (French Press) with about 10 varieties of coffee to choose from. It's a great idea! The students who served us were lovely, as was the atmosphere.
