Very nice and pleasant experience worth a visit even if it is just for one drink or two.

We were booked on a table tucked away in a corner with no view of the piano music or the bar, or windows so we couldn't enjoy the atmosphere. Our waitress followed a script and said all the things she was supposed to, but never smiled or engaged with us. We felt treated like another tourist and it didn't feel like the best of the hospitality industry. Saying that, the cocktails were amazing, the nibbles and meat board was tasty but we expected better for the reputation and the price.

Have given all top marks as cannot mark anything down, would like to have sat closer to the cocktail bar (we did ask) but understand maybe Hotel residents have priority? Staff very attentive and were on point with my name and that we were celebrating a birthday (small things but make a difference) lovely cocktails and glass of Champagne. Will definitely visit again.

Came to the American Bar for a casual dinner and drinks meet up with an old friend from business school. The service was professional and friendly, food was good and the price was as expected. The ambiance was nice (at times the live piano music was a little loud). But overall a great experience.

A beautiful bar with unique cocktails. Outstanding service with attentive staff. Everything I’d expect from The Savoy. Couldn’t fault it in any way. I certainly hope to return.

Great ambience, although rather quiet when I was there. Didn't sample the food, but the drinks are excellent. Lovely relaxed place for a drink.

If you are ever taking yourself out of your comfort zone and dining alone, & deciding to treat yourself & feel a bit apprehensive, rest at ease. The American Bar & The Savoy, make you feel at home. I had the perfect spot, sat, looked out the window, watched the world go by with not a care in the world. Not once did I feel alone & to me that says it all. The drinks were amazing, and a perfect start to a Friday afternoon. Thank you again, look forward to coming back very soon.

Had a nice couple of hours in the American Bar. Not very busy the staff were excellent and professional, and always willing to have a chat and pass the time of day with you on a whole range of topics. Can’t wait to visit again.
