Great cocktails served by friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff in lovely surroundings. Nothing was too much trouble and the attentiveness of the staff (Gloria) outstanding. A memorable experience, will start saving up again so we can do it all again sometime.

A visit to this iconic bar, in the wonderful Savoy, is an absolute must! The champagne was as delicious as the staff were delightful! A gathering of like-minded guests enjoyed White Lady cocktails and the ambience of the piano. We were staying at The Savoy after celebrating our marriage earlier in the day. The staff of the American Bar were attentive and made us, along with all the other guests, so special!

Booked American bar and was not disappointed. Yes, drinks are more expensive but ambience and staff more than compensate. Pianist was outstanding, special thanks to our waiter Leo who was charming, pleasant and a lovely chap. Spent a lovely Sat evening there and we will return

Had a very nice couple of hours in the American Bar. Even though it was quite busy, it was not noisy and the servers did not keep you waiting when you wanted your next round. Can’t wait to go back, roll on November.

We chose to book the American cocktail bar for pre show drinks for a special birthday. We felt very welcome from the moment we walked up to the lady on the door. She was very friendly welcoming and wished my friend happy birthday. We were then catered for and well looked after by our server (apologies didn't get a name, blonde lady). She was friendly and approachable and ensured our drinks were topped up. We were made to feel very welcome in a relaxed atmosphere. A wide range of drink options at reasonable prices considering you are at the Savoy. Cannot wait to return.

Once again we had an amazing time at the American bar. The service was impeccable; friendly and helpful without intruding. Our host was new to the role but had obviously been well trained and was very professional. The drinks were amazing! Loved every moment of this experience and can’t wait to go again.
