   Excellent meal. All the dishes we had were good but the hake ceviche was exceptiional. Service was exemplary.

   What a great experience! My new favorite restaurant in downtown Memphis. Great service, drinks, appetizers, entrees, and desserts.

   The food is excellent but fully valued but the negative was that we had some real service issues. Our server was repeatedly absent from the floor so we kept having to ask other staff if we could order, get drinks etc. We were brought a glass of wine not the bottle we ordered (which was of course replaced) but then at the end they tried to charge us for the glass as well even though we had returned it.

From our perspective, our team checked in with your table several times throughout the evening, and each time it was expressed that everything was going well. That said, I’m genuinely sorry if it felt otherwise. Regarding the wine, I can assure you there was never any intent to charge for the incorrect glass—it was a simple human oversight, and we removed it from your bill without hesitation.    Service and atmosphere are great. Good cocktails, food was good but not amazing.

   Me and my family celebrated a birthday and the ambience was beautiful but the food bland. The mocktails were delicious I would rather have drinks at the bar than eating dinner.

   Miso was our server and was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The restaurant is beautiful and the lighting and ambiance were outstanding. We skipped the chef’s tasting menu and ordered a bottle of wine, selection of 3 cheeses to start, two little bites and two main courses. They didn’t have our wine which happens but selected a second one. The wine arrived as sudden did our appetizers. We sent them back since we hadn’t hard the cheese course yet. The selection of cheeses was tremendous. 1/2 way through the cheese course, our appetizers came again. We sent them back a second time. Service, silverware delivery, wine glass refilling, etc were poor. This is a really nice restaurant with mediocre service and expensive prices. The Pappardelle with lamb had a sugar spoon sized piece of lamb with pasta in a soy sauce tasting pool. Ih and we got charged for two cocktails we didn’t order. Maybe we just had an off night on our first and only visit. Go there for drinks and a cheese course and go somewhere else for dinner.

   HI David, I'm truly sorry your experience with us didn’t meet expectations. I remember speaking with you that evening & honoring the request for a booth, I regret that—even after our conversation—we weren’t able to turn things around & provide the level of hospitality we aim for. While I’m glad Miso left a positive impression & you enjoyed the ambiance & cheese selection, I’m disappointed to learn of the service missteps, which were not brought to our attention that evening. This is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and I’ve since shared your feedback with the team to ensure it’s addressed moving forward.    Thursday’s Tasting Experience & wine pairing was quite innovative, just the right amount of deliciousness & reasonably priced. Would return to feast on regular seasonal menu.

   Tonight’s dinner did not disappoint! Chef Nate Henssler five-course tasting experience with tales of agave pairing was excellent.
