Ambrosia Bistro was conceived by Scott and Kara Cook to bring a feeling of downtown to the Spokane Valley. Located near historic Millwood, our inventive cuisine, great selection of spirits and Northwest wines, as well as our attentive staff are all designed to make your visit to Ambrosia a truly memorable one.

We have seasonal patio dining, a full bar, both booth and table seating, and we are fully handicapped accessible. Our flexible seating allows us to accommodate groups up to 45 people with advanced notice. We also offer off-site catering for groups up to 150.

Greeting as we walked in and taken to our reserved place for our date night. Excellent staff interaction and food was fabulous 👌.

We went for our anniversary and no special accommodations were made. The bead was not sure first and my husband’s meal was incomplete. The variety of food was sparse and the was a fly that kept revisiting out table. Positive would be that the food was delicious and cooked well. However I would not return for a second visit unless it was free.

Great food. Had the chefs special and loved it. We had the brushetta appetizers and my daughter had the prawns. All the food was excellent.

We were seated promptly (had reservations but there was room anyways). Our waiter was prompt, brought our water. I had the Cajun Pasta, and asked to modify the dish a little (less cheese and more spice), the waiter said he could make that happen -- and he did! My wife ordered the Chicken Curry, it was also very good. The sauce was flavorful. We enjoy the experience; Ambrosia is one of our "go-to" restaurants.

this is a local gem - ingrediants are all in balance and quite tasty, and the bar mixes some very nice cocktails.
