This culinary experience is created and curated by Michelin-starred Chef Silvio Salmoiraghi and our executive Chef Fabio Pizzigoni. It takes place in our Private Dining Room, where you will enjoy a special and unique dinner while watching our team. Our Chef will prepare and personally serve you an 8-course tasting menu that will take you on a gastronomic 3 hour journey throughout the countries and cultures that shaped Chef Salmoiraghi during his career. We also offer a special sommelier-curated wine pairing, cocktail pairing and an extensive à la carte wine list. To better accommodate your culinary experience, we gently require a 48-hour notice for allergies and dietary restrictions. A full vegan menu is available only upon request.

My friend and I had a wonderful time at Ambrogio tonight ! Steph and Ambere took wonderful care of us tonight we had such a blast! Everything from the apps to the delicious lemon meringue tarte was top tier. The ambiance and vibe was perfect.

Pasta and pizza were excellent. Service was spotty. Charging for ice tea refills in Arizona - really? Wine list is heavily Italian. Cocktails were small.

Hoped for a fun night out at a new Phx hotspot. Highly disappointed. Loud, dance club music annoying ….why for a dinner spot? Waiter feigned lack of knowledge about house bourbon, etc. on a quest to upsell. Less than average, limp Caesar salad. Same for the bolognese….average. Meals didnt arrive for 90 min after sitting down. Won’t return.

“One bite transported back to Rome!” My friend told me about this place and urged me to visit and compare with my recent trip to Italy. I am so glad I listened! I ordered the Carbonara, the Bucatini was perfectly cooked and the Guanciale was a great addition to balance out the entire dish (ok I’m getting hungry again), my friend had a spaghetti with red sauce she said had the perfect amount of sauce the was so flavorful. We enjoyed a bottle of Amarone and great conversations with the bartender JP and GM Steph. This place is so welcoming we will be back to try the pizza, that the table behind us was raving about!

Such a great experience. Enjoyed a lunch with the side doors open. Allowing fresh air in was a nice touch. The restaurant is beautiful. Had Austin and he was very attentive. Knew the menu and so kind. The food was delicious and I will definitely return!

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Italian meal! Ambere was delightful and very knowledgeable!

The food and the atmosphere was absolutely outstanding! I will definitely be back here especially for another date night! Ask for Ambere to be your server, she had a great personality and made our experience that much better!

We’ve dined at this restaurant a few times— as well as at their San Diego location and have loved our experiences. Enrique provided great service. Enjoyed the Oxtail Pasta and the Cannelloni Alla Bolognese

What an evening I had. Starting from a very complex and interesting beverage menu to dessert. There was no lack of creativity, options, and wonder. Server Ambere was the perfect host to our experience. Very knowledgeable plus fun. Will definitely be returning.
