This culinary experience is created and curated by Michelin-starred Chef Silvio Salmoiraghi and our executive Chef Fabio Pizzigoni. It takes place in our Private Dining Room, where you will enjoy a special and unique dinner while watching our team. Our Chef will prepare and personally serve you an 8-course tasting menu that will take you on a gastronomic 3 hour journey throughout the countries and cultures that shaped Chef Salmoiraghi during his career. We also offer a special sommelier-curated wine pairing, cocktail pairing and an extensive à la carte wine list. To better accommodate your culinary experience, we gently require a 48-hour notice for allergies and dietary restrictions. A full vegan menu is available only upon request.

This Italian restaurant was fantastic! This was my first time here so I ordered several items from the menu. Everything was absolutely amazing and bursting with flavor. The atmosphere had a great vibe, with excellent music that added to the experience. The service was top-notch—attentive and friendly from start to finish. Highly recommend! The Parmigiano asparagus appetizer shined, as did the Burrata Caprese salad. The Miami Vice pasta was extremely tasty, and The Hannibal lecture pizza was amazing! Stephanie, Clinton, and Eric all added to an exceptional experience! I can't wait to go back!

The food was a little bland, way too much emphasis on presentation (which was remarkable), but not enough on quality. Food was bland, service was slow, not slow food by design or proper coursing, slow like disorganized. The server’s descriptions of the food were as bland as the food itself. The decor, the presentation of the dishes, very well done, so the lack of flavor and service execution were extremely disappointing.

We had an incredible and memorable experience at Ambrogio15. The ambience was ideal for a fantastic evening out. The cuisine was fantastic, especially the Royal Seafood Pescatira and Dessert Plateau, and the service was unparalleled. Ash, our server, was very attentive, provided excellent recommendations, and truly made our dining experience special and memorable. Additionally, Stephanie, the GM, greatly enhanced our dining experience with her warm and friendly greeting. We'll definitely be back and highly suggest Ambrogio15.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience at Ambroggio 15! From the moment we walked in, we were treated with impeccable service. Stephanie, the amazing manager, truly went above and beyond to make sure my fiancé and I had the best experience possible. She was so attentive, accommodating, and made us feel incredibly special. Our server was equally wonderful—sweet, helpful, and always there when we needed anything. The combination of the warm atmosphere, delicious food, and exceptional service made our evening unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

By far the best Italian Restaurant in the valley. Its become one of my go to spots. The food is so diverse and delicious, and the drinks are out of this world. Can’t wait to return.

This is by far the best Italian food I’ve had here in the valley. Beautiful restaurant, attentive staff, cocktails were incredible! If you haven’t been you have to go check it out. I’ll be back for sure

I would NOT recommend Ambrogio15. The service was SLOW and poor. It was like none of them had ever worked as servers before and our waitress seemed to be more interested in chatting up other employees than in making sure we had what we needed in a timely fashion. The table we were seated at was dusty/dirty and there were leaves on the floor around our seats. We had to send back a champagne glass that was dirty. The food was mediocre at best and incredibly overpriced. Most was basically tasteless and really would have benefitted from salt and/or seasonings. I was so disappointed, especially since we were there celebrating a birthday! What a horrible experience overall!

The best (and most authentic) Italian restaurant in Phoenix, hands down! We are so happy to have it here in the Biltmore, and we will become regulars From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in the right spot. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and the space was stunning, beautiful modern design, very upbeat vibe (it was packed on a Sunday evening) yet cozy and comfortable. The star of the show, however, was the food! I had the most amazing seafood pasta ever, and my wife enjoyed a yummy truffled pizza, paper-thin crust that melted in your mouth (I admit I stole more than a piece from her) I super recommend trying their signature cocktails too, they have a mixology program led by the owner of a bar in Milan that's in the world's 50 best bar guide, and the drinks are out of this world. My cocktail, the Niseko, was a twist of an old fashioned, prepared with a porcini mushrooms infusion, soooo creative and flavorful. Do yourself a favor, don't miss this restaurant, it's gonna become your favorite in Phoenix!
