This culinary experience is created and curated by Michelin-starred Chef Silvio Salmoiraghi and our executive Chef Fabio Pizzigoni. It takes place in our Private Dining Room, where you will enjoy a special and unique dinner while watching our team. Our Chef will prepare and personally serve you an 8-course tasting menu that will take you on a gastronomic 3 hour journey throughout the countries and cultures that shaped Chef Salmoiraghi during his career. We also offer a special sommelier-curated wine pairing, cocktail pairing and an extensive à la carte wine list. To better accommodate your culinary experience, we gently require a 48-hour notice for allergies and dietary restrictions. A full vegan menu is available only upon request.

Great flavors, yet the food is consistently served lukewarm. The filet is excellent, however, again served lukewarm. It was delivered by a woman not in service uniform, she delivered a medium cooked steak to me, I ordered medium rare. Very frustrating to discover this a fourth of the way thru the steak & then having to switch plates with my dinner companion. I felt uncomfortable saying something since I had previously informed our server that the cannelloni was barely warm.

Beautiful restaurant interior. Abundant wine and cocktail listing. Food taste does not fit the prices paid. Bolognese pasta is basically ground meat inside a cannelloni pasta tube. The Radiator Salsiccia and Friarielli pasta dish was way too spicy to eat as a full meal. The menu does indicate chili, however, it does not reflect how spicy it really is. The Tiramisu has no flavor and was more mascarpone and you really don’t get much lady finger taste. Service is not comparable to the prices paid.

We arrived to find the dining room nearly empty which was quite strange being that it was a Thursday night. Our server, Anthony, told us that the previous night was very busy. This is our second visit to re-evaluate this restaurant after a number of irregularities at the last visit. We started with a negroni and a Tito's dry martini. Prices for the drinks were comparable to other restaurants and the drinks themselves were average. The meal started with a Mediterranean Caesar Salad. While the dressing was quite good, the quality of the lettuce was not as good as the last visit. Also, there were fewer focaccia chips than last time; the chips are very good. We moved onto entrees. Oxtail pappardelle was very good as was the carbonara come una volta. At our last visit, these same entrees arrived cold and required replacement. On this visit, both were hot and delicious. The carbonara would have been better with a bit more guanciale and the bucatini was a bit too al dente. The meal ended with an interesting tiramisu. Rather than the traditional layered cake, this was served in a soup crock and was more like a mousse. It was quite good. With dinner, we had a very good chianti and an excellent barolo. While the quality of the food improved from the last visit, at payment time, an odd situation occurred in that the server's payment device offered to add a tip of 15, 20, or 25%. The oddity is that the tip was based on the total bill rather than the pre-tax amount. Most dining experts say that the tip is based on the pre-tax total so the customer should be aware that they need to recalculate the tip if they wish to tap on the pre-tax total. While this might be viewed as a convenience by management, it's actually more work for any customer who wishes to tip according to the usual custom. Lastly, we were informed that the kitchen closed at 7:30 so we were rushed to order entrees. Overall, a marked improvement in food quality from the last visit despite some inconveniences.

The food and service at this restaurant are excellent. I went one night and had such a good time that I returned two days later and thoroughly enjoyed the service, the quality of the food, and the restaurant's ambiance. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody.

We have really enjoyed our two dining experiences at this restaurant. The food and service have been great. Attentive wait staff and delicious offerings. (My only preference would be a revisit to the tiramisu preparation. Too much coco powder on top and not enough lady fingers for my taste. Would suggest ordering the chocolate surprise though- which is very tasty and a personal favorite!)We plan on returning for the chef's trasting menu. Would easily recommend this restaurant to others

Went for lunch. Just three tables occupied around noon. Should have been a warning. The oxtail pasta had a very weak meat sauce with mini morsels of oxtail. You did not taste any 48 hour braise. Disappointing. And parts of the pasta was just luke warm. The server disappeared for most part of my meal and I had to ask for an ice tea refill. If they don’t step up their game, they won’t last much longer. Such a nice space!
