Ambli Global at Belleview Station is open for Lunch, HH, Dinner and Sunday Brunch! We have a Globally inspired Chef driven menu with influences from Indian, Asian, East African and Latin American cuisine. This great food is paired with the deep knowledge and care of our attentive staff who are there to elevate your dining experience and who act as your culinary guides. Decisions were quite hard for ordering because the whole menu sounds amazing. The food and service were exceptional! Lobster shooters are unique and incredible. The branzino over mac & cheese gnocchi was an excellent choice, as were our other dishes. The amouse bouche was a wonderful prelude to our dining experience. Best recommended to share everything. Ambli-DTC was even a great choice for a business meal. Our server Becci was very helpful and attentive. Wow, I cannot wait to return!

One of my favorite restaurants in Denver. I tried brunch for the first time today and it was spectacular. I will definitely be back for brunch. If you haven’t tried Ambli you are missing out!

Absolutely love brunch here! I tried the Golden Glow Elixir this time (delish) and had the Masala Dosa that I had been dreaming about since my last visit.

Truly impeccable from start to finish. Service and hospitality, ambiance, food and drinks were superior to anywhere I’ve been in years.

Finally made it back to Amble since before lockdowns. So very glad they made it! So consistent, so yummy, and great gluten-free options if only they would put the GF indicators ON the menu. Worth the 45minute drive for me each way!

Ambli is one of my absolute favorite restaurants of all time. I’ve been here numerous times and it’s always a different and amazing experience every time… Never fails to amaze!!

Paella was not okay. We ate a few bites and left the rest. Cooked to mush, was not flavorful, and made me feel ill.

Excellent service, Becky rocks! Delicious food! We ordered the paella and was plenty for two people to share. Roasted vegetables were also excellent.
