great experience as usual but very noisy outside, especially a foursome that appeared to have too much to drink and was very loud.

We were a la carte for dinner and outside and it was lovely. Great allergen menu. Definitely want to do the more typical "all you can eat" approach the next time that I am in DC and also try their brunch. The eggplant moussaka was truly phenomenal.

Absolutely my favorite restaurant in the world as of Today! This was the first time I have ever eaten here. The food was delicious, fresh, complex, comforting, and so flavorful! I have lived around the world and I am very picky - this place is simply amazing! I never do reviews but for Amber I had too. The service was fantastic- respectful and friendly- very European.

The Ambar is a fun venue just around the corner. The staff and food are fantastic. The noise can be a little intimidating at first, but it quickly becomes part of Ambar's charm.

We went for a work dinner and had a great experience at Ambar. The food was delicious and came out quickly. Great selection of cocktails and wine. The waitress was great. The restaurant is noisy but we could still hear each other thankfully. I will definitely go back with my family and friends.

Food quality/taste varied by dishes (partly due to level of seasoning). Better to go in a bigger group if you want to try more dishes. Cute interiors. Staffs were pleasant and nice.

Although they came up as one of the best options for vegan meals in the area, the vegan options were extremely limited.

We we were seated quickly. They were able to seat us outdoors; indoors would have been too noisy. Waitress was terrific. Each of the six of us went with “all you can eat.” It was a fun experience trying myriad dishes, which were mostly wonderful. However we thought the price was too high per person so that would have me hesitate going back except for an special occasion.
