Amarone Restaurant is a modern Italian family run restaurant, serving traditional and authentic Italian flavours in Cranleigh.

Our goal is to offer you a warm welcoming experience, of exceptional quality, traditional snd authentic Italian dishes.

In our restaurant, in a friendly and family atmosphere we are looking forward to share with you all your upcoming memories. Whether you are visiting us for a romantic night out, large party or corporate event we guarantee that you will be looked after by our friendly and attentive staff.

Using only the finest ingredients the menu is inspired by dishes from every region of Italy whilst remaining harmoniously in tune with the seasons.

Third time we've been to Amarone now and it's always such a great experience. The staff are great, food is amazing and really competitively priced. Would recommend time and time again.

Very tasty food, good choice of starters and main course in the fixed price menu .Staff were friendly and very efficient . Nice venue .

Delicious choice of food which my whole party really enjoyed. Grilled asparagus was a slightly different starter and much more tasty than the usual steamed. The risotto was light and tasty and not a huge pile of rice and much enjoyed. The salmon in champagne sauce with roast potatoes is extremely good, as is the hazlenut ice cream affogato. We will definitely be back.

Really lovely evening. Food was outstanding, full of flavour and served hot. Waiting staff were attentive without encroaching on our evening

We had the most delicious meal at Amarone. 2 of us had the starter of bruchetta with cheese, prosciutto and rocket which was quite unusual but very tasty. Would definitely choose this again. For mains we had a tagliatelle dish with creamy chicken and mushroom, breaded chicken with spaghetti and char grilled salmon with asparagus, spinach and a champagne sauce, sitting on roast potatoes. Again a little unusual and extremely tasty. I had the waiter’s recommendation of the best ice cream they have - hazelnut - served with a shot of espresso and amaretto. Divine. We will be back soon!

This is the second time we have dined at Amarone and we enjoyed it even more than the first time, not least because the menu has been extended so the options areeven better. The staff are friendly and welcoming and, despite the restaurant being very busy, our order was taken quickly and the food arrived promptly. We have rated our experience as 4 star - not because there was anything wrong but because 5 star is a very high bar and we reserve it for the finest dining. We've been to Amarone as a couple and also as a larger family group and the venue works well for both. We look forward to our next meal there.
