Kim was fantastic! We had the sea bass, and it was one of the best I’ve had. We will definitely be back.

Amare at the Swan Reserve for Magical Dining 2024. We checked out this chic new Mediterranean spot while at a conference near Disney. Service was excellent. If you’re a bourbon drinker their smoky old-fashioned is not to be missed. Bread service included warm sesame coated bread served with hummus and whipped butter. We ordered all three apps (salad, dips, crostini). They were fresh and delicious but I wouldn’t have ordered the dips if I’d known about the aforementioned bread service. For entrees we chose Romesco Chicken (pictured half-eaten)and the Grilled Souvlaki (you can chose chicken beef or a combo). It was all flavorful and the souvlaki portions were HUGE - two large skewers served with hummus, marinated cucumbers, couscous and three large pitas. We were so stuffed we took our desserts to go. The sokolatina (chocolate dessert-pictured) was a surprisingly nice and light finish with something like raspberry popping boba. We saved the pistachios caragli for today. It looks like baklava and I’m sure it’s sweet and decadent. Overall a fantastic experience and value! *Our budding foodie children ordered off the adult/magical dining menus but they offer a kids menu as well. I would have liked to have seen a smaller portion of grilled souvlaki or anything Mediterranean on the kids menu.

Great experience with our waiter Ryan! Magical Dining menu was a bargain at $40 for three courses. The roasted pepper crostini and Mediterranean dips were savory and well balanced. Our entrees were very large and delicious. Desserts were very good including the chocolate cake and baklava. In addition, Lucca took good care of our car whilst we dined. Will come back in December.

What an amazing hidden gem! Food was delicious and service was excellent! A little loud since the kitchen is open to the restaurant so I recommend they put glass up to keep the sound down some. Beautiful atmosphere as well. We were confused in that our group changed at one point to 7 instead of 6 and they said we couldn’t be seated until 7:30 vs 7 pm then, but when we arrived the restaurant was practically empty.

Experiencing Amare's magical dining menu was an absolute treat. The value and quality of the food was beyond my expectations.

I booked for Magical Dining and they were kind to call and move my original lunch reservation to their dinner service without a charge or penalty. (I was unaware that the restaurant only served Magical Dining during dinner.) Staff were knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. I enjoyed trying the 3 courses for the set menu and all of the ingredients were fresh. The restaurant is beautiful as well and is very relaxed before the peak dinner time kicks in.

The magical dining experience was really lovely. Service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Food was all very good. Absolutely recommended and will go again.

Good food, nicely setup dining room. Experience slightly diminished by inexperienced server. Had to keep telling him we were ready for the next course.
