The staff are very good. The food is delicious. The only issue is the noise due to all the hard surfaces which makes it difficult to hold a conversation even with a group of 4.

Had a great experience @ Amara - lovely clean restaurant, staff were very polite & attentive. Options for the meal were great- the butter chicken was indeed outstanding as was the rest of the meal . It was also great to see Canberra wines on the menu & not over priced !!

We had the Amara banquet and everything was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent and the staff are very polite and friendly. This was our fifth visit to Amara and we have never had anything less than an excellent meal.

We had decided to never eat Indian again in Canberra. Food too salty in some places service questionable. Our daughter here from Kununurra desperately wanted good vegetarian Indian we found it. Food like no other Canberra Indian Restaurant. Service over friendly but when food is great, who cares.

Amazing restaurant, incredible food, great staff, and underpriced if anything. The best samosas I have ever had in my life.

The modern decor was great. The beef vindaloo, naan, vegetable curry, rice and raita were excellent. Drinks were very good. The service was a little hit and miss. Overall, it will be our new go to place in Canberra for Indian food. Thank you.

Food was like a home made with less oil in the curries compare to the other Indian restaurants. Clean toilets and great service.
