Inspired by its idyllic bayside setting, Amara at Paraiso is the quintessential Miami waterfront restaurant bringing together bold Latin American flavors, coastal ingredients, and South Florida’s diversity of food culture. From environment to cuisine and vibe, experience the dynamic energy, local ingredients, and natural beauty of Biscayne Bay that defines what living in Miami is all about through the lens of James Beard Award-winning chef/restauranteur Michael Schwartz.

We are taking every precaution to ensure a safe dining experience for our guests during these unprecedented times. Our outdoor seating is spacious, with many tables on our covered terrace.

Happy Hour is not available outdoors.

Not as good as earlier in the week. Shortage of many menu items. The food we received was apportioned very small almost as if it were leftovers. Ordered dessert and it appeared as if it were previously frozen.

I like the place. I would definitely go back. The spot on the Biscayne Bay looks kind of nice. It’s got a cool energy.

The food was good, i personally didn't feel the best freshness experience. The location and view are very good. The price was good as well.

Oysters were NOT good. Octopus needed a saw to cut. Chicken was double well done. Flan is just not good. Service and ambience was really nice.

Amanda, our server, has a gift for making you feel special even when she’s balancing ten tables. Natalia at the front desk also deftly juggles groups waiting as well as anyone I’ve ever seen. Both are keepers!

Brunch on Sunday , Amara at Paraiso, the of Biscayne Bay was beautiful & elegant Food was good & drinks very good the only bad thing is I ordered a frozen frojito when I asked the waiter if he could bring me another, he told me ran out it was very disappointed
