From environment to cuisine and vibe, experience the dynamic energy, local ingredients, and natural beauty of Biscayne Bay that defines what living in Miami is all about through the lens of James Beard Award-winning chef/restauranteur Michael Schwartz.

We are taking every precaution to ensure a safe dining experience for our guests during these unprecedented times. Our outdoor seating is spacious, with many tables on our covered terrace.

    Amara at Paraiso is a great place to gather with family and friends. The food and ambience are excellent. Unfortunately, our server Susana was not the finest; she did her required diligence but was not totally engaged at all. She had no personality and never greeted us or said her name. When the bill arrived at the table, we saw her name. She appeared agitated by us, which I believe was due to our initial indecision about where we wanted to sit. Overall, food is great! And the view is spectacular!

    This time service was not good :( we were 4 and sat inside. The " good looking" waiter need some training in order to take care of his tables not only when he brought the check that stood up by as a soldier!

    Not worth it. Don’t bother coming here, they rely on the view to overprice their dishes. I ordered the short rib - it was 3 small pieces, I was shocked. Especially since it’s $60 and I asked prior to ordering if it was a good portion, it was not. I asked to switch the dish to another item on the menu, surprised to find I was charged a “rethink contribution”. All other dishes that were ordered were not great - the chicken was dry, the steak is the loneliest dish with no sides (unless you want to add extras for $13 each). Trust me, save yourself the trouble, there are better restaurants in Miami with a nice view.
