Enter into a nostalgic area, the Amalfi coast, yet in the heart of Buckhead. Open six days a week for dinner, Amalfi Cucina & Mercato is a traditional Neapolitan restaurant centered around a wood-burning brick oven imported from Italy. Led by Executive Chef Santiago Echavarria, Amalfi's authentic Italian menu includes Neapolitan-style pizzas as well as authentic appetizers, fresh salads, traditional pasta dishes and original desserts. Cozy up in a spacious booths or have a seat at the bar to enjoy the view with a signature cocktail.

It was my birthday celebration. I celebrate my birthday here every year. The brick oven pizza is the best. For appetizers we had Polpette meatballs, Calamari (delicious 😋), and Mozzarella en Carrozza. The place is beautiful. The service was a little slow. It took awhile for us to get our entrees, but we didn't mind because it was great family time.

We arrived at 7pm , the place was warm and cozy like a backyard in Italy with its Olive trees. Ruby the bartender had great wine suggestions and they were amazing. Melissa the manager sat us and checked on us many times making sure our meal was excellent. It was!! Chance our server took us thru the menu, the lobster ravioli and Salmon Scottada were both delicious. It was like a cozy neighborhood Italian family restaurant hidden in Buckhead!!! Can't wait to go back and try other items!!!! we were to full for dessert!!

A good family dinner place. We had kids ages 8 to 10 with us and they all could find something that they liked.

service was horrible and the hostess was non communicative and rude she did give us the table we wanted when we asked but we made reservations and it took them 30 min to seat us.The food was delicious though and it came in a timely manner.

Disappointed with the time it took to get drinks although the food did come out quickly. Did not like looking at tv while trying to enjoy a nice romantic dinner. Also, for Valentine’s night, the restaurant areas other than the main dining room were not in a very inviting atmosphere - food carts sitting around, trash laying in spots you could see through windows into the kitchen, front foyer didn’t have pretty desserts or wine on display was just an empty cooler, no candlelight, no fresh flowers, just barren. And the women’s bathroom was embarrassing - trash on counters, a broken air freshener and parts all over the counter, hardware handles falling off the doors, trash… Our experience was fair.

Thank you very much for dining with us on Valentine's day. Although we were very busy for that evening I apologize that you had to see any dirty carts. We are an open kitchen and unfortunately I can not change that.
