I ordered the chicken Parmesan. While it was the most tender chicken I have ever eaten, the breading/ crust was too salty. I expected more from Bobby Flay’s restaurant!

Friendly and attentive staff. Food was delicious. Only complaint was the lobster cavatelli had the tiniest pieces of lobster to the point of nonexistent. For $42 you should be able to see the lobster.

We had dinner there. One in the group has Celiac so GF and DF were necessary. No problem at all. Julie was our server and was outstanding. Good recommendations for the food and also the wine. The wine was delicious! Her service was fun, professional, spot on and non obtrusive. We selected a fish and Kenny handles that area-he is very fun and friendly as well and very knowledgeable about his fish. the Meyer lemon sauce with capers (GF and DF) was delicious as was the Calbrian chili sauce (not GF) The green beans with macarona almonds-yum and although not DF the Spinach was delicious as well. Starters were flat iron shrimp and charred octopus- tender and delicious (both GF and DF). Our table faced the kitchen and at first weren't sure that would be good but it turned out to be great location! It's well organized and you could see everyone back there were a well oiled machine. Highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back for sure.

We started our dinner by sharing the octopus appetizer. Very tender, perfect grilled char and an excellent sauce. For our entree, we picked out a fresh branzino that were fileted, sautéed and served with caper and lemon sauce. Simply to die for! We also shared the polenta with mushrooms as a side. Very smooth polenta and extremely tasty mushrooms. Dessert was the lemon cake served with a crema and crumbled amaretti cookies. A perfect ending to a perfect dinner! Service was impeccable and the ambiance outstanding. I would highly recommend Amalfi to anyone visiting Las Vegas.

If we could give Amalfi 10 stars, we would. This was our second time visiting. We wanted to try it again despite the presence of so many excellent restaurants in Las Vegas because we were frankly overwhelmed with the choices the first time. Our second time exceeded our expectations. We recommend speaking with the fish monger before making any other decisions, discussing your preferences and going with his recommendation. The John Dory filets were excellent served with all three sauce choices in the side. We actually liked the chimichurri sauce best on the green beans we ordered as a side. The mushroom polenta was another hit and we went with our servers recommendations for the pasta and it was fabulous. We started with artichoke appetizer and squash blossoms, both excellent. For dessert we had the orange olive oil cake which was yummy. The meal was accompanied by two excellent bottles of Italian white wine. We went with the servers recommendations and both were wonderful choices. Service was professional and friendly, very welcoming. We had some great meals during our trip but Amalfi was the favorite of all 4 in our group. We would highly recommend Amalfi.
