First time at Amalfi by Bobby Flay and we were not disappointed! Delicious food, beautiful ambience and the best service we have ever experienced at a restaurant. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a reservation for 12-14 people. The day is at 2 separate tables although side by side we were not advised until we we were seated. This was not ideal for our group. Secondly they sat us down almost 30 mins late yet we had arrived early for our reservation. The Maître D or ladies that were at reception were less than great with communication as to what was happening. Food was good table service was good. But for a large group with a big spend I expected a bit more. Remember this is vegas and there are a lot of options. Service needs to be incredible!

I’m a huge fan of Bobby Flay’s so I was super excited to try Amalfi while in Vegas. Everything was amazing. The restaurant itself is beautiful. All the details were very intentional and completely thought out. The service was wonderful. For drinks I ordered the signature cocktail named after the restaurant, Amalfi. I love a good Aperol spritz and this was the best I’ve ever had. It didn’t have that bite that sometimes aperol has. Very smooth. We got the octopus and salmon tartare for apps. The salmon was like butter. Just melts in your mouth. The kale gem Caesar was very very good. Maybe one of the best ceasars I’ve had. The kale was a hearty bite but not overpowering. For entrees I got the lobster ravioli. Chef’s kiss! My husband ordered the squid ink pasta and the sauce was very balanced and the dish had a good amount of seafood. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend

We had the salmon carpacchio and grilled octopus for appetizers. Both were good choices. For the main course, we split the grilled black sea bass, which was filet in lemon and caper sauce. Our waitress was attentive but not intrusive. We finished with the apple crumb. Overall, very good choices.

Very nice dining experience. Server and overall service was excellent. We ate here a few years ago shortly after it opened and though enjoyed it, lamented the loss of Mesa Grill, Bobbys prior restaurant in the same location. Thought we’d give it another try when I saw a veal chop with sweet and hot peppers on the menu. This exceeded expectations and was excellent! Not hot or peppery but nicely charred and so tender and delicious. I had a prime filt the night before and this was even more tender. Pasta rags, charred octopus appetizer delicious as was the spinach and outstanding potatoes. We'll return.
