Overall, I would consider this a early disappointing meal. The artichoke appetizer was burnt to the point that it tasted like toasted marshmallows. The service overall was slow and in attentive. Entrées were decent, but, nowhere near what you would expect for the price we paid. This restaurant was wildly overpriced, and generally a disappointment in the quality of the food.

With well in advance reservations and our 35th wedding anniversary, we were seated in a lovely aide booth. The service team was fully attentive and friendly. We chose the three course prix fixe menu. There were three choices in each course. Since the menu is seasonal; I won’t list everything. Each course was perfectly timed and presented. There is an energetic atmosphere. The noise level was not conducive to private conversation; which is not uncommon to many restaurants these days. Pricing was expected for a high caliber dining experience.

We ordered Dorade filet with Potatos and Brazino filet with Polenta. The fish was fresh, but non of the sides where to our liking. The potatoes were over fried and the polenta like “just polenta”. The noice level was so high I couldn’t carry a good conversation with my boyfriend (seated across each other), but the tables were so close sideways, that I know the life story of the guy seated next to me. Service was polite, fast, professional, but impersonal. Which is expected when a restaurant is so packed. Communication and coordination between staff is very good. The manager walked around, took the menus from the table to make room for the appetizers, then informed our waiter. Our waiter came back to take the order and brought new menus. Nothing came out of order or late. The person at the fish stand was very polite, answered all my questions and gave good details that made easier my choice. It was a good dinner, but I may not repeat my visit.

The waiter suggested the prix fixe menu with his top picks. The branzino and filet mignon were both excellent choices. Stick to the drinks on the menu and you can’t go wrong.

Eating at the bar is great. Tasting menu is perfect. Id go old fashioned with the olive oil cake for dessert

We have the opportunity to have the tasting menu it was amazing very good my sister and I have mentioned maybe sharing the tasting menu as we don't eat that much which was discouraged by the waitress and that was okay we each had the tasting menu it was amazing however a lot of wasted food would have been nice if that tasting menu had the option to be for two people but the food was amazing and we really enjoyed ourselves

We had a delicious meal at Amalfi’s, from start to finish! We ordered an Aperol Soritz and a Vesper to start - both very good. Our server was excellent. She suggested the prix fixe menu based on what entrees we were thinking about and we also wanted to try the crabmeat and eggplant meatballs. If you like crab, you must order these! So yummy in a light fra diavolo tomato sauce. Really good. My husband ordered the frito misto. The shrimp and (shishito?) peppers were fantastic. The calamari was chewier than we’d like but, overall, a really nice appetizer. I ordered the chopped salad which was light, crunchy and fresh. For entrees, my husband had the chicken parm. Fabulous! I had terrific shrimp scampi. For sides, we had the crispy potatoes garlic spinach - both solid. For dessert, we were delighted with Booby’s sundae of pistachio gelato, a drizzle of homemade chocolate sauce, amaretto cherries, a sprinkle of cookie crumbles and fresh whipped cream. I’m not a dessert person, but wow! It was incredible. The restaurant is a little loud as it sits in the middling the casino and next to the sports betting. There was NFL football on, so you can imagine. A really lovely dinner. The best we had in Vegas during our stay.
