Beautiful restaurant that is worth going to for the ambiance. Service was exceptional (thank you, Muhammed!). Great cocktails, wine, and mezze. Generous portions.

I went here to celebrate mine and my friend’s birthday. It was a lovely experience overall. The food was delicious. I would definitely come back!

Fantastic food, great service, cosy vibe to the dining area and they dimmed the lights as the sun set which made for a very romantic environment. I would highly recommend dining here to anyone!

It was our first visit. The food was excellent, but the service was so poor that the supervisor apologized in person and gave us a verbal (!) 50% discount for a future visit …“to prove themselves next time”…. The confidence that we will come back was quite bold, to say the least. We were under the understanding that we booked a Saturday lunch. In fact, they only offer brunches for that time of the day and allow greedy bookings up to 14:30 (!) with an arrival tolerance of 15 minutes. Their kitchen closes at 15:00. Do the math! There is no time to order food at peace and even if the customers place the whole order at once and are allowed to continue eating after 15:00 the feeling of “we are closing” is right there: noisy cleaning, music almost turned off, deserted space... By 15:15 a waitress asked if she could pack the food, we were still eating (!) The dessert we ordered before 15:00 was never on its way. We were there for a birthday, with guests from Ottawa… We spend over 200 dollars for 30 minutes in their restaurant. The whole experience turned out to be a catastrophe. They ruined our event. The underground parking is not free. We left with tears in our eyes. Is this a Michelin restaurant standard?!?! What a shame!

Everything was top tier from the decor, menu, drinks and food. Their menu maked it extremely hard to choose, everything looks so delicious. Luckily, we had the pleasure of receiving Alan, our excellent server’s help and personal experience in choosing mezzes, platters and desserts. Needless to say, Amal is quickly becoming one of our favourite places for an Authentic Lebanese dinner that bring together Modern and Cultural flavours to a perfect blend. Et un Grand Merci à Alan, for his great suggestions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I took a client for a business dinner at Amal. The cocktails were below average quality. The Amal old fashioned had 6 cubes of ice and it was a water down version of something by the time it arrived at our table. The food was luke warm at best. I have been at this restaurant a numerous time and the quality is dropping each time I am there. The focus seems to be is quantity over quality.
