The food is great, but our waiter was in a very bad actitud… it is a shame because the good is good but out serving was terrible!

The food and ambiance were excellent, but the service didn't live up to the same standard. Upon being seated by the hostess, we were informed that a large group would need our table in about two hours, which set an unfortunate tone for the meal (ironically, only a party of four was seated as we left 1.5 hours later). After waiting about five minutes, the server arrived with water and took our drink orders. Ten minutes later, our drinks were served, but we were asked if we had any questions about the menu despite not having received it yet. Fortunately, the meal improved as the delicious food arrived and the server seemed to use his assistants to check in with the table. However, another disappointment was having to flag down the waiter for refills on drinks. While the food and ambiance were top-notch, the service was subpar, even by Miami standards.

First let me say the restaurant is beautiful. The decor of creams and browns and greenery makes this restaurant stand out visually. Upon entering we were greeted by the hostess who acknowledged us and mentioned that we were there to celebrate a birthday. She sat us down quickly as the restaurant was pretty empty. We announced to our waiter that we were there for a leisurely lunch but unfortunately it didn’t turn out that way. We kept being asked very 5 minutes if we wanted to order and even after we ordered the Hummus (which was delicious) we were continuously asked if we wanted to order our lunch. We ordered the chicken tawok skewers (delicious) and a tabbouleh salad. My problem with the tabbouleh salad is that it is a small bowl of chopped mint, parsley, a little small diced tomato’s and onions. No grain, no couscous! At $18 this is a bit steep. To me this is more of a condiment than a salad. Also even though we were there for a birthday celebration there was no acknowledgment from our waiter about the occasion. Would I go back? Maybe, but I will definitely be more cautious when ordering certain items.

We had Vladimir as our server, and he was fantastic. The food was delicious. Save room for dessert—the date cake was amazing! We will be back to eat there without a doubt.

I’ve been there before and the food was good. This time it was terrible. The falafel was dry and overcooked. The roasted cauliflower was undercooked and tasteless. We did not even order an entree because the appetizers were so disappointing.

The restaurant is beautiful! The music was terrible and loud and does not create a relaxing, enjoyable atmosphere. The food was good. The hummus was a little bland but the tabbouli and baba ghannoush was delicious and authentic. The kibbeh was not very good as the stuffing was mushy and without the essential ingredients. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would try it again.
