Amada is a tapas and wine bar on the southside of downtown Chattanooga. "Amada" is a female name of Spanish origin meaning beloved/loveable woman. We serve traditional Spanish plates that honor the seasonal, local ingredients of the area while celebrating southern simplicity and hospitality.
Our Mission: Do right and exceed expectations.
At Amada, we lead by putting people first. We strive to provide the best possible dining experience for our patrons while showcasing Spanish dishes, wines, and techniques. Amada's beverage menu displays signature sangrias and cocktails, a Spanish forward wine list, and local beers on tap!

The ambiance and design is stylish and inviting. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food is divine and delicious. We tried a little bit of everything and absolutely loved the charcuterie board, endives, potato salad and almond ice cream. The couscous was our least favorite. Lastly, the wine selection was fantastic, as was the beer. Highly recommend!

We went to Amanda’s for our adult daughter’s birthday, 10 month old grandson in tow. We sat at a table fronting the street - perfect ambiance and a great start to the meal. From the charcuterie through the bundino, a great meal. The deviled eggs, the steak with chimichurri, the lamb, the special pork tenderloin, each arrived uniquely prepared and fully dimensioned. The California Cab - Poppy - a great accompaniment at $44 a bottle. Will we be back? Not before next weekend.

Conar is such an amazing representation of your brand! The food, as always is exceptional, the atmosphere sooo cool and his enthusiasm for the food and drinks yall offer is infectious!! We cannot wait to return!

Everything was really good . The Tapas were very interesting and varied. All the ones we tried were very good. Service was excellent .

One of our favorite places to dine out in Chattanooga. Love that the menu is always evolving and we've never had a bad meal there!

It was wonderful! We really enjoy this restaurant. The watermelon salad was so yummy! I look forward to our next visit so we can try a new dish.

Amazing place to stop if you’re in Chattanooga! It’s been a year since we visited and couldn’t wait to stop in again. Great service, food, atmosphere. 1/2 price bottles of wine on Wednesday.

Great food. We don't eat tapas often, but the waiter was very helpful in helping us to identify what we'd enjoy. The octopus is great, btw! My date has a gluten allergy, and they have plenty on the menu to accommodate her. Highly recommend!
