Amada Radnor is the Main Line location of the Andalusian tapas bar & restaurant where Chef Jose Garces embraces the rich traditions of Spanish gastronomy while incorporating modern cooking techniques in a gorgeous rustic-chic setting.

SPECIALTIES:
Spanish Octopus, Garlic Shrimp, Tortilla Española, Paella Valenciana, Whole Roasted Suckling Pig (Call to order 72 hours in advance, excluding Sundays), Seasonal Sangrías, Wine, Cocktails & our Gin Tonic Cart.

PRIVATE PARTIES & EVENTS: Amada hosts groups of all sizes. Festive settings, service and menus are perfect for intimate dinners with friends, special occasions and holidays, corporate meetings and staff parties. Events can be booked throughout the restaurant and in our private dining rooms 7-days a week. For parties of 12 or more, please call our private events team at 267-284-7979 or email events@garcesgroup.com

Amada has provided consistent good food and good service. It is a gem in this area. There are so many great choices on the menu for food and wine. Highly recommend!

The service was terrible and essentially ruined our meal. The gambas were terrific as usual, as was the jamón ibérico. But our plates were never changed through five different servings of tapas (sauces and all) and a second serving of wine was just poured into our same glasses. I don’t think the owner, or kitchen staff, would intend to have the meals served that way.

Shannon was great. Minor quibbles - the person dropping off the food mumbled what it was (tasting menu) and walked away. I had to flag Shannon to find out what we were served. Everything was delicious. It is rich food, and all of it was delicious. Despite it being crowded, we never were kept waiting.

Attentive staff. Great ambience. We got chef's tasting menu. It was fun seeing which edible delight would come out to try. The steak (fork tender, melt in your mouth) and fish (nice char and perfect flake. No fishiness) were superb. Only misses for me was octopus (prepared correctly and tender but very fishy tasting like it was old product. It surprised me because I never had octopus taste that fishy before) and the tuna spread and crackers bonus (not a fan of canned tuna due to its tendecy for fishiness in taste and the crackers were slightly stale).

Amada exceeded expectations, simply put. The food was pretty amazing, offering variety as you'd expect for a tapas-style restaurant. The staff was outstanding, especially our waiter, Ibrahim. He was friendly, frequent, and always with a smile. Various staff members checked with us. Drinks were top-notch, too, both the mixed drinks and the sangrias. Oh my, the noise is a problem. Friday evening, even past happy hour, and we had difficulty hearing ourselves as well as the staff. Seriously, crazy loud. And, the staff knows it's a problem but apparently not worth addressing. There was a hiccup delivering the paella, which was comp'd (and also probably our least favorite dish). Come back again? For sure, not a Friday or Saturday evening for certain.

Long time customers of the Old City location, wife and I are happy to have an Amada that is closer to our home. We had been to Wayne Amada once before just for happy hour, and it was ok, but the dinner we had last night was excellent. Highlights were beef brochettes, cauliflower gratin, and paella. Great cocktails also, pain and glory was outstanding. Will definitely be back.

This is a great place to enjoy a delicious paella and other menu options. Nice wine options. Beautiful decor and good music on a soft mood. Manager and waiter so kind. Will be back.
