Les spécialités de la maison sont les suivantes : - poulpe espagnol, crevettes à l'ail, tortilla espagnole, paella au homard, cochon de lait entier rôti (à commander 72 heures à l'avance, sauf le dimanche) et sangrias de saison. Let's Eat! From January 19th - February 2nd, Amada Philadelphia participates in Center City Restaurant Week 2024 with a $40 per person, 3-course menu by Chef Jose Garces (includes 5 small plate choices per person; beverage, tax, and gratuity are additional). Participation is required for all dinner reservations between these dates. Our normal brunch menu will be served on Saturday and Sunday between 11:30 and 2:30pm. We look forward to serving you! We visited Amada during Philadelphia restaurant week. We arrived for our reservation slightly early and were seated in the back room, where it was rather dark and chilly. We moved to another table away from the windows for warmth and light. However, when we ventured back into the main restaurant it was substantially warmer, cozier, and more vibrant. Few other tables were occupied in the back so the ambience was disappointing. The food was fabulous so here's the tip: ask to be seated in the main area or sit at the bar and get served your food there!

Loved this dining experience. The food was awesome and so was the service but it was a little noisy. The day we went, the bar area was quieter but i don’t know if that would be the norm.

We ordered about ten different items on the menu. Each item was outstanding. The service was exceptional. Our waiter kept checking on us to make sure we were happy with everything we ordered.

Without a doubt this is the place for tapas. Everything on the menu was delicious. The dessert ganache was delightful. One thing to note is we were a group of 4 and many of the plates were 3 or 5 portions. Made it a little tough to split. It would be nice to have even portions. We will be back for the paella.

We love Amada! Benjamin, our host, provided us with the perfect table and Amir was an excellent server. Jenn, the GM, stopped by to check on us. Upon arrival, servers and cooks in the kitchen all said hello. When ready to leave servers informed others of a guest passing by the kitchen to avoid congestion. It really felt like the guest was the priority here. Food was delicious as always. Really loved the manchego cheese with lavender honey, bacon wrapped dates with almonds and the brussels sprouts. So many other delicious offerings as well! We will be back soon!

The staff went out of their way to be accommodating and the food was delicious. The host, bartender and waitress were all excellent!
