Always beautiful, amazing and special time at AMA. The bartender Veronica (V) is a world class mixologist who made our our evening a delight. We can always count on incredible service, fresh and creative plates. And the View, oh the view and location are second.to none!

It’s one of the best on island and it never disappoints. V, the bartender, is just the best. Lively, great mixologist with the best energy and fun conversation. Always nice to have a cocktail with her first before being seated! Dinner was very good. By 8, they ran out of the Beef Curry but I smelled that last order being made, and I could appreciate why it was 86ed! My tuna was perfection beautifully prepared and served with wasabi mashed potatoes. Dessert - a peanut butter /chocolate miracle- was good enough to lick the plate. I made sure to make a family reservation in December so we don’t miss out!

Yet another amazing dinner at Ama! This is one of our favorites when on the island. Even though it’s the slow season, we had the five star view, great service with Jada, and specials that were top notch. Can’t wait to go back later this trip!

The first time I was at AMA at Cane Bay was in July of 2024 the food was AWESOME! I recently returned and was notpleased at all with my food, my date did notlike their meal either. I had the lobster with the pasta on the menu and it was not as pleasing to the pallet as the last lobster dish I had. My date said the ssuce of the stake dinner was not nearly as good as our last time their. A tible close to me had the same dish as I and she sent it back and I could over hear her displeasure in the meal.

The lobsters and fillet mignon were cooked to perfection! Both melted in our mouths and flavors were phenomenal. The Old Cuban drink was also very good, made with fresh squeezed lime. 10/10 overall experience.

This is truly a hidden gem!! Words cannot describe how wonderful this place is ! If you were any closer to the water you would be in it. The food was delicious especially the hot crab dip. This definitely was one of the highlights of our trip!

Both food and atmosphere were fantastic. It's a twisty drive through the rainforest to get there, but worth it. All of our meals were excellent, but bring your wallet. Still a good value for the quality and portions. RIGHT on the water and a spectacular view.
