First time visiting and will be my last. My husband and I asked to be seated in a slightly shaded side of the rooftop patio and the hostess told us she couldn’t and had to seat us in a different section due to the server. We proceed to a table and after sitting for about 10-15 min we see her bring two other couples to the same section she said weren’t available. We even heard one couple asking for shade and she says ok this seems to have the most shade, again in the same area we were told wasn’t available. If that wasn’t enough, we figured we’re here let’s order a drink and it was no better. Ordered cranberry and vodka and it was bar water with a splash of cranberry and vodka. The only highlight was our server who was friendly and attentive and took the drink off our bill. Otherwise, this place was a bust and it’s a shame because it’s a nice space and close to our home. Will never return and would not recommend.

Worst experience I’ve had in 15 years. The rooftop is nice but the staff is not. The event was over before we arrived. I paid $60 a wine tasting event, the images showed food and wine. We arrived (on time, 7pm) and was told the event ended at 7pm. After I asked why they schedule a tables at 7pm if the event ends at 7pm, the manager completely refused a refund (despite saying the event was over). The manager, was reluctant to make up for their mistake, she gave us 2 tickets for wine tasting. She only offered edamame bites after I repeatedly informed her it was unfair. (Additionally I saw reservations were available until 9pm when I booked.) After the waitress found out about the mix up she never returned to our table. She walked by our table several times. A bus boy brought the edamame bites & we kindly requested he ask our server to visit our table. She continued to walk past us and ignore the table. We asked to speak with her ask she passed us again. She heard our request, she stopped, looked at us, & just walked away. She looked miserable and angry. We waited over 1.5 hours and proceeded leave the table to serve ourselves at the bar. The bartender was nice. For The “wine tasting” each person received 2 tickets. We essentially paid for $60 for 2 half glasses of rose and 3 edamame bites (each). Four other couples that arrived at the same time left similarly dissatisfied. I spoke with management after, and I generally avoid these interactions, there was a promise to make it up to us at our next visit. Another group also waited to speak with management. The hospitality was lacking. I appreciate the offer however, this was not my first visit to the establishment. Sadly it is not an anomaly. They must rely heavily on tourists. Additionally, it was very windy and cold. They never use the radiant heaters, spring or fall. I’m not even sure if the heaters are functional. They couldn’t get them to work both visits. 0/5 wouldn’t recommend.

Great place just for drinks. Service not good at all and on the light bites very horrible. won’t be visiting this place again.
