With sweeping views of the NYC skyline and the Watchung Mountains, Alto Rooftop sits on the 9th floor at The MC Hotel, Autograph Collection. Open year round, the menu features playful bar bites and a curated cocktail list that captures the eclectic spirit of Montclair. Alto is the place to meet for a relaxing lunch (Fri.-Sunday), date night or for sharing food and drinks with friends. Alto is where daytime drinks can turn into late night vibes.
Come and experience striking sunsets, signature cocktails, fun delicious bites, and curated vibe with DJs Friday and Saturday after 9PM.

Questions will focus on Disney and Pixar films from Snow White to Wish. Now’s your chance to test your knowledge and relive all your favorite moments! Must be 21+ to attend the event.
Speed Dating Trivia begins 7PM

Wednesday, November 13th at 7pm could be the first day of the rest of your life with your soulmate. We are very excited to be bringing our UNIQUE, in-person speed dating trivia. They'll be ice-breakers, as well as plenty of time to mingle and get to know each other. Then we'll have some unique and challenging rounds of general trivia. Must be 21+ to attend the event.

We went to the Masquerade Party and we had a blast. The DJ played all genres and the drinks were very good. The ambiance was full of positive energy! Very nice rooftop, you can see NYC!

We went for cocktails and enjoyed the stunning view of the city plus the gorgeous foliage. The server was very nice, the cocktails delicious and well crafted. We did not eat here but the food at the next table looked and smelled great! Would definitely come back for dinner and with friends.

I was hoping to be out on the dance floor dancing but the DJ kept changing the music every time people got up to dance. It seems like she had a mandate to just play music that people will not dance to, so they would stay in their sits eating and drinking.

The food left something to be desired, but the drinks and hospitality were great, as was the view and seating options. Let’s not forget about the music and ambiance, too.
