It was a great experience! Great portion sizes and tasty food! And an amazing view. Book a reservation and get there early to nab a spot by the windows.

We waited over 2 hours for our food to arrive. When it did the ravioli literally only tasted of lemon and was so bitter it was inedible. The Char was also over cooked and bland. The server was sweet and the manager did comp a lot of the meal, however we were never really told why the food took so long. Would not recommend after this experience.

Great location and glacier view. However disappointed with food. There were 2 vegetarian options and neither had any taste to it. Had planned on dining again and just cancelled the reservation and decided to drive an hour+ to the closest restaurant for dinner instead the next day of our trip

There was some major confusion and timing issues with serving our main course. The waitress and hostess noticed and provided a complementary appetizer and dessert. The food was delicious.

You have no other restaurant to eat dinner at!! Was pricey, which was to be expected as there is literally no other restaurant to have dinner at within and hour plus drive in either direction. Ceaser salad was sent back, it was completely vegan, which is fine, but the vegan cheese used instead of Parmesan was not tasty, the same with the dressing (my bad I should have realized vegan is vegan and may not be to everyone's liking. Beef Carpacio, was stated to be done with a pepper sprinkle, which it did not have. It was covered in oil with a couple of capers on the side and a plop of greens with some very twangy dressing on it. Husband ate the beef, left the salad Mushroom soup was very good and we ended up sharing it. Also had the buffalo steak, was a bit under cooked for medium rare. But that was not the issue, issue was their was plastic on the chopped tomatoes that were cooked with the mushrooms. Bar code/label or something that was on the tomatoes. Personally, I am not into eating plastic. They took it away and brought me a second plate with the same piece of buffalo on it (I had cut the first, so I knew it was the same, however that was fine as it was warmed up and thus more to my liking of medium rare). Not sure if they changed the mushroom/tomato stuff, cause it looked like the plate was the same. Perhaps they just took out the pieces of plastic. ( I did not eat the mushroom/tomato part of the dish) Ordered orange sorbet for dessert, and we got the peach, husband and I do not like peach, however our server did not come back to our table so we didnt eat it and couldnt be bothered getting it replaced for what we ordered, after all the other issues of the evening. Left quite disappointed for such an expensive experience.

The staff was extremely friendly at Altitude and helped us celebrate our honeymoon! We were some of the only people in the restaurant due to us being there early in the season, but definitely a good experience!
