   Views were amazing. Staff were nice but the waiter was unattentive. I ordered a cocktail after we had ordered drinks but never received it.

   We had the fillets, kids steaks, and elk tenderloins with various sides; the food was phenomenal. Everyone was friendly; as was the sommelier and his recommendations were on point. The only reason I knocked down service was that our main server messed up a side and forgot a dessert. The service between our entrees and desserts was so slow that we didn’t want to wait any longer to have those errors corrected.

   Dinner at Altezza was nice. We frequent Altezza for breakfast and lunch, but have not had dinner here in years. The food was good, the service attentive and warm, and the views spectacular. Overall, it's definitely worth visiting Altezza for a meal. We'll be back.

   We have dined at Altezza several times. We have special dietary needs for our daughter (gluten free). We had always had great luck there until Saturday 3/22. Never again will we go back! Two of our entrees were completely wrong. The waiter was annoyed when asked about salad dressing choices after he chose the salad dressing on my behalf. Our daughter with CD ordered what we thought would the the safest on the menu. The elk with no sauce, no mushrooms, and no mashed potatoes. They brought it out exactly as it describes on the menu. We sent it back. They brought back the same plate, cold, and INSISTED it was gluten free. They would not remake it even though no mushrooms or sauce was a personal preference as well. My dinner also had the wrong sides. Again the waiter ignored me. My husband complained to the manager on duty who also did not care about possibly making a person ill nor the quality of the food being served. We always hit Altezza when we are here but not anymore.

   My halibut was too salty and had been sitting under the warming light so the plate was extremely hot. My daughters Mac and cheese was pure oil with some noodles and there were bones in my other daughters salmon. The view was beautiful. Food was horrible and overpriced. We were very disappointed.

   All the wait staff did an excellent job. Our table server, Ashley, was delightful. My Elk Tenderloin was a bit over salted but maybe that’s just me.

   The waiter only took the kids drink orders and then came back after 5 minutes. The kids chicken dinners were cold and had to go back.

    The Somalia was wonderful and helped us pick the perfect bottle of wine. The food was delicious but portions were small. Overall we really enjoyed it.
