Everything was excellent except the sweet potato fries and wedge salads. The fries had way too much cinnamon sugar on them. Sweet potato fries are already sweet, so a tiny sprinkle of cinnamon would have been enough. Alot of us prefer them crispy with a little salt. Wedge salads looked like heads of lettuce cut a little with toppings thrown on. So need work on the presentation and also more great blue cheese dressing.

Was looking for after theatre dinner spots, and decided on Altana, and it was the best decision! Reasonable, great food, great drinks! Service was wonderful, so was the atmosphere. We had to eat inside, it was windy and cold, but will be back in Spring/Summer to enjoy their rooftop venue. Fabulous bakery on the first floor. Overall, great experience.

Haven't eaten here in years because of previous bad food experience. Not this time! Everything was great! Ate in the bar area and loved the drinks and the vibe. Eager to return.

My husband and I dined at Altana for Valentine’s Day before seeing a show at the Fulton Theater. From start to finish, the experience was wonderful. The server was very pleasant and attentive without hovering. The menu was limited, likely due to the holiday. However, everything was beautifully presented and the flavors were absolutely delicious. We would strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone and will return on our next trip to Lancaster.

Really really good. Recommend the empanadas and tenderloin. Super yummy espresso martini as well. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. Great place for a dinner date.

We loved the ambience and service at Altana! The staff was very attentive and aimed to please. Great selection of cocktails and top shelf liquor. At the end of the meal we were given a free glass of sparkling wine! Happy Valentines Day! Overall the food was good. The one issue was the tuna appetizer. We expected raw tuna and received a tuna fish salad with pita chips. It could have been our fault for not reading the description more carefully. Either way it seemed like a hefty price for a scoop of tuna salad.

Loved the ambiance, the food was excellent, and the service was friendly. The experience could have been improved if the server had better knowledge of menu items, ingredients, etc. It was overall a very good experience and I will be back.
