Went there last week and definitely enjoyed it. Didn’t want a full dinner and we split the charcuterie ( very good) and I ordered the tomato soup and grilled cheese- which I highly recommend!! Cannot remember what my granddaughter ordered ( a pasta dish) which she also liked!

Awful. Service was bad. Server was very pleasant but overwhelmed. The food was terrible! Drinks were so so after they corrected the situation. Overall won’t be back.

Great atmosphere and food was delicious. Outside rooftop had the perfect ambience and the atmosphere was quiet enough to engage in conversations.

This was our first time dining here and loved all he food choices we ordered. A few opportunities are as follows: *We ordered pasta and there was no grated cheese as an option to add even though we asked and the answer was no. * Service was definitely a little on the slow side and we had to be the catalyst for all interaction with the server. We really did love the night on the rooftop with great views and really good food!!!

Good was quite good - the party particularly enjoyed the chili and the duck and the drinks. The service was a touch slow. A drink ordered before our main course arrived after the meal was finished. It was probably just relaxed but felt slow to us. The music was nice. The view is decent but not as good as we expected from the description. Perhaps a different table near the front would be better. And it was cold after the sun started to go down but there are no heaters. We had jackets and were dressed for cool, but a heater would help.

The gentleman running the front of the house is a sarcastic jerk. We had seen where the rooftop was open for business and when we went there the door was propped open, so we looked around, saw there was no activity. Went back to the 3rd floor and Mr. Warmth was there. Asking for a confirmation that the rooftop wasn’t available, he replied “well if you want to walk around without being served, you can stay up there” I suppose that’s a style of humor (Don Rickles is dead by the way), but if he’s too bothered to give a professional response, a couple of well placed “Roof closed” signs would have done the trick. The server was good and my wife loved the Bucatini. The jerk made it a mediocre experience.

I’m actually very disappointed with the experience me and my friend had at this place. It took over 5 minutes for the server to even greet me and get a drink going as I waited for my friend. Drinks took long. We waited for over an hour to get our meals. And nobody came by to apologize or anything. We had to ask when our food would be arriving. Nothing was taken off the bill either. No free dessert, nothing. Just bad service and cold food when it finally arrived to the table. Also, get some heaters for the outside area. It’s fall. It’s cold at night. If you are still allowing ppl to be out there then make sure they’re at least comfortable
