I make reservations each time and whenever I arrive nobody cares about the reservation. ALso this time, the gentlemen asked us 3 to sit at the bar and order a drink. Then, after about 15/20 min., someone came and gave us a table at the corner to the toilets, a dark and narrow place. Really bad and disappointing. They were totally overwhelmed and did not handle this well. But this happens each time, they never know who reserved and who not, they don't look. Disappointing. Food and service were good. But very disappointing otherwise.

As always, the food was tremendous! Starting with the Bavarian pretzel to the stuffed cabbage rolls and the vegetarian schnitzel the food always looks and tastes homemade. Add in staff that is always prompt and pleasant and they are always a can’t miss!

Absolutely great German food!! We did a platter to share with 4 of us plus a beet salad. Our friends had not eaten much German cuisine so this was perfect. They’re now fans!! Excellent apple streudel with ice cream was a perfect ending.

Generally the food was very good. I wanted the spaetzle made a certain way which they said I should ask for the last time I was there, but the waitress said they don't make it that way. Other than that, the food was very good and service was prompt. I'd certainly recomment the restaurant.

Great service, good drinks, food mediocre. I would recommend removing the octopus schnitzel from the menu. It’s inedible! I suggest sticking with the specialties of the house.

Great, authentic food. Servers are nice but slow, and get it wrong occasionally. Ambiance is what you'd expect in a strip center. Come for the food. It's worth it.
