Great food, great playlist and great service. Lamb was not as flavorful as expected but everything else on the menu was amazing. Seating was tight with large parties but a gorgeous atmosphere and bar.

Excellent service. Food was delicious & beautifully prepared. Our table shared a couple of special appetizers and three of us had the octopus souvlaki—highly recommend. I’ll return, for sure.

This is a beautiful restaurant and some of the food was excellent but some was just ok. The salads, for example, were lack luster. The kebabs , on the other hand, were delicious! Service was a B.

Too expensive and no bathroom? Food was good but not worth the price. I guess you pay for the location here.

Alora has potential but hasn't found its identity yet. The menu is a hodgepodge and it's not clear which items are meant to be shared, which are main courses and which to combine. The servers should explain the menu briefly before asking "do you have any questions." The kebabs and salads with the chance to supplement with meat or fish are good, but the pastas are bland or mysterious. The server actively discouraged one of us from ordering a pasta dish saying it was too heavy with meat and should be shared The service is very uneven. First they brought salads and everything else all at once, so hot food would get cold if salads were meant to come first. Later we had to ask to have water glasses refilled and yet different servers hovered around our table and completely cleared to get us out in a hurry even though there were many empty tables in the restaurant. It was hardly a relaxing dinner out. The playlist (R&B and other popular titles from the 60s on) was loud and even though I like many of the songs played, a softer classical background would have been more suited to conversation and to what the restaurant seems to want to project. All in all a disappointing experience we won't risk again soo.

The smoked rabbit cannelloni was very good. The rack of lamb was excellent. The brussell sprout side dish was great. And the tahini humus mezze also was great.

Great food, eggplant app was delicious, and so was the non-alcoholic raspberry beverage. Dolmas were a bit stringy, and trout entree was ordinary. Service was warm and attentive. Great ambiance too. For a place this chic, I expected them to have complimentary sparkling water. They did not. Also, it was nice that they gave us a single complimentary bday scoop of sorbet, but it was disappointing in taste and presentation and I think they could have done better if the intent was to make the bday guest feel special. It felt more like just checking a box.
