    Great atmosphere! Food was 10/10 was such a great time and perfect for Mother’s Day. Took the kids too it was exciting to see them put on there gear and dig right into the seafood. It’s a must see

    Our waiter seemed sick, we felt for her rather than worry about us. She did her best, but you could tell she was run down. The owner(?) was walking around a bit creepily, & didn’t seem to speak much English. The meat in each of our boils was a bit overcooked, but the food was good.

    Portions of our meals were just ok, small crab legs, two small potatoes. Meh. Soup was over priced for portions, literally got one ladle of soup in my bowl. Service was not good at all. Felt rushed to order when they came over, took half our order and walked away, never asked about apps, dessert, second drink. Took over 30 mins get to get our first order of drinks and then never got my water I asked for for over 40 mins. Needless to say probably won’t return.

    I'll never dine here again..We sat for approximately 25 being ignored by numerous members of the wait staff. I had to ask for a drink menu and even after asking for the menu we still had to request water. The bagged boil was over salted and the calamari was not crispy. Service sucked, food sucked!!! Still tipped..... Storming Crabs on Maple in Amherst has better food and better service!!

    Items sent back multiple times. Wrong wings brought to the table that were an appetizer and ended up coming after main meal was on the table.

    Service was very bad. Server never came back for more drinks we had to keep asking for her. Just took a while to get anything we needed.

    Food was fantastic!!!!! Service was iffy. It was not busy as it was 330pm. Our server forgot drinks multiple times and charged us for things we didn’t ask for. He rarely came to come check on us. Took forever to get our bill. But I will be back for the food alone. Was amazing!

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Our waiter “forgot” to submit our order to the kitchen - TWICE. We waited for over an hour for our food only to find out that the waiter never sent it back to the kitchen. We left frustrated and hungry.

    Don't appreciate attitude from our server raven Eye roling and hip slapping.....and then we are forced to tip 18% at the cash....unacceptable
